Just a tip next time when you have a thick cut of meat you have to season it more and let the salt oxidize into the steak before you start cooking it because if not the season will not stick so next time try seasoning it more heavy with the salt and pepper and let it sit for about 3/5 mins in room temp before putting it on stove , also you need rosemary not thyme not the seasoning but the real rosemary lol
One thing I learned while cooking is the seasonings burn just salt the steak then in the last minutes add black pepper,thyme,garlic,rosemary and butter
And my ninja if you going to try to say a French word learn the French word first its bon appetit not bone nopa a tite or whatever u said that's a good way of offending all French culture
