When parents argue and everything works out it teaches kids the world won’t necessarily end when they have an argument - it builds resilience.

My 5 year old niece tonight came to me and said: "Can we watch Sutan after dinner?"
I told her: "Yes, maybe after dinner."
Niece: "I wonder what she's doing today. Do you think she's making a cake?"
Me: "I'm sure we can find an episode where she's making a cake."
Niece [whispers]: "Maybe she's going to surprise her Dad!!"
My niece loves watching these videos so much. She's been watching since she was 3 years old and says she wants to wear a kimono "just like Sutan's mom." 😊

I really appreciate how open and honest you are with each other and with Sutan. I think it's so healthy for her to see that it's ok to fight with those who love each other because it's the love and open communication that will help us work through the conflict. My parents always hid those things from my sister and I so I had to learn how to work through things by myself. Your honesty and vulnerability is greatly appreciated!

Sutan looks so natural cooking in the kitchen that it seems like second nature to her now.

I wish to be raised like Sutan and to grow up with family like your. Sutan is very fortunate to have you as parents. I grow up without father and with authoritative mother. Congratulations on getting the Umami sauce to market in the U.S.! I will definitely buy some when I get the chance. By the way, I also use Shiseido's foundation too because I found that there is a shade that matches my skin tone better than drug store brands can. I love how Moe-san and Moto-san balance their time working on promoting their business while still finding time to spend time with Sutan!
