Fully clocked a10 would shred battery in minutes
During the first portion of the video, I saw that the iPod touch looked more vibrant than the SE, then I realized I was watching the video... on an SE
The apple A9 has to be the best chip cuz its still holds up in 2019 and in my opinion the jump from A8 to A9 is much more significant than from A9 to A10.
The iPod touch probably uses lower binned A10 chips that couldn't maintain that higher clock speed in the iPhone 7.

I have been using the iPhone 8 for the past year, I bought the iPhone SE 64GB to use a secondary, used it continually, then I went ahead and gave the SE to my sister as a hand me down. This week I found myself purchasing another iPhone SE lmao and they're going to end up refreshing it for sure based on how the refreshes have been going!

I have a feeling the iPod touch is tuned to use the a10 efficiency cores much more often due to its small battery while the SE only has high performance cores and only uses that at full speed
I would like to see an updated SE come out come on Apple bring it out soon

I love the design of the iPod Touch, itโs small and thin. I have an iPhone 8 Plus but I miss small phones. If the new iPod Touch had Touch ID and a better camera I would definitely buy it.
