The trailer does massive injustice to the movie. The movie is actually a sincere attempt at addressing modern problems faced by the youth in this era of globalisation and rapidly changing norms and traditions. The cast is immaculate, both Ranbir and Shraddha deliver applaudable performances, the soundtracks are simply addicting and add a beautiful rythm to the flow of scenes and the movie in general, despite being a bit lengthier than necessary, is a really fun watch.
PS. Watching Ranbir and Shraddha together on screen for the first time was an absolute treat! What a duo!

Frankly, I am not into Bollywood films, I am only a fan of some hidden gems of Bollywood, but after ages watched a film which was truly entertaining! everything was balanced in this movie.. amazing performances by Shraddha, Ranbir and other actors..great album, and the comedy was not forced at all..the romance part was beautifully done. Lastly, Ranbir and Shradha's refreshing chemistry was off the charts!! I have to say Shraddha Ranbir compliments each other so well on screen, everything felt genuine.

Jokes apart though, this movie is honestly what we all needed, a fresh take on the Rom-Com genre by the genius, Luv Ranjan, with a strong cast and plenty of notable things to point out. This is honestly one of RK's finest roles, it included a little bit of everything and how he is. There's no way we could forget the beautiful Shraddha, making a comeback after a few years. Absolutely chaotic movie, but in a good way haha. Another box office success on the way!

This is not a movie. It is a class teaching Indians how not to be Indians. And how wrong it is to follow your culture.
Some parts are actually feels like they are almost ashamed to be even wearing their cultural outfits.
But the funny thing I found is they still showing married women wearing sindoor while married man have no way showing they are also married. 😐
