Very nice. In my country India, we make similar dish called mirchi bhajji/menasinkayi bhajji. We use chickpea flour as batter to coat the chilly. Some parts of India we stuff spicy potato mix into the chillies, just like the minced spicy meat stuffed by you. It is a very popular snack all over India.

고추튀김 사러 갔다 몇 번을 물어도 직원 분 대답이 없어 민망해하며 그냥 나왔던 곳이네. 손님이 많았던 것도 아니고, 혹시 못 들었나 싶어 몇 번을 물어도 묵묵부답. 그 후로 다신 안 갑니다

I love this video. Actually in India (mostly the southern part) these are a very common street food.The only differenc is that we make them vegetarian with a tangy tamarind filling.

이거 개맛있음. 고추 안에 잡채 및 고기 넣고 튀긴건대 개맛있음. 튀긴 음식인데 고추와 양념 때문에 느끼하지 않아서 계속 먹게됩니다. 하여간에 개맛있음. 근데 엄청 비싸네. 아무리 물가가 뛰었다고 해도 너무 비싸네. 이렇게까지 비싼 음식은 아닌데…
