Rewatching this today hits very different. Seems like Ellen knew what he was going through so she wanted to remind him how much he’s loved. I never met him and I’ve been crying for 3 hours and I’m not stopping anytime soon. Can’t imagine how people closer to him are going through

I’ve watched this several times & I can’t help but feel the show was his safe space, his outlet & when it ended he was struggling to find a new space. RIP tWitch You are missed & will be thought of often & fondly.

Watching this hits differently now. Just goes to show you NEVER know what someone is going through. I’m sending so much love to everyone who knew Twitch and sending love to everyone that is struggling.

I feel like Ellen maybe knew about his struggles, she was almost crying throughout the tribute she made, saying I don't want to say goodbye, he's not going to be out of my life, he's always a part of my life and repeatedly reminding him that he is loved. Gosh this is heart breaking, people usually give tributes to people that have passed, but Ellen felt the need to do this before he left this world. She really felt for him, and really wanted him to stay in this world. Bless his soul!

I can't even get through the first two minutes of watching this. Utter heartbreak and disbelief. Just two days ago I randomly watched his TikToks, dancing with his mom, beautiful family, thinking to myself...wow...everyone in the world is tired...but not this guy, this guy is pure LOVE. Rewatching this today is heartbreaking to say the least. tWitch was such a beam of light and love and to know how much he must have been suffering on the inside is unfathomable because you just never would have guessed it. May his passing help continue to raise awareness for Mental Illness and help those who are also suffering in their own silence. There's only a few Hollywood deaths that really made me sad and this is one of them 😥 I've always liked Twitch he always seemed so chill and down to earth and was always respectful. As a person who grew up a competitive dancer my entire life (I’m only 19), I went to conventions and grew took classes from twitch. This man is one of the reasons I feel in love with hip hop and it is not one of if not my favorite style. He was an icon to the dance world and an inspiration to so many, may he Rest In Peace 🕊💔

I’m so heartbroken right now. I first found out about twitch on SYTYCD when he did his dance to John Mayer’s “dreaming with a broken heart” and I’ve loved watching his family since. I pray his wife and kids find happiness again and he is at peace.

Watching you and your love story all these years really brought me such a joy. This loss really hurts. I pray for Allison, his kids and all his loved ones. He will be deeply missed and always loved. From those suffering after disasters, to creating or giving donations to help others in need ( like the wildlife fund or Ukraine), and lastly, it’s helped us see how lucky people like Ellen exist on this planet. I can't bring myself to watch the farewell stuff but even I couldn't skip this one. Their bond is so sweet and gentle and kind. Like brother and sister who love each other. This show was my comfort through so many hospital stays and so much pain and so much loneliness. I can't watch this all yet but I know I will one day and it will be so great.

The show ket him alive, you need something to keep you going, and her show was everything to him. When you have that deep love and connection with something that becomes your life is hard. I am deeply sad for this news and all his family and people that loved him. I had depression and watching him dance gave me light again, that energy and laughs. Same as Ellen! ❤

i am still at a loss for words and shocked. it breaks my heart. we truly never know a person's inner struggles. he was so loved and full of energy and life.
