    So, the problem with redistributing unpaid work is largely a biological rather than cultural, at least as I see it in the developed world, and I suspect it's largely accurate in the developing world as well. And this is, perhaps, a change I see coming from the recent past, as, before that man may have complained his at home wife was lazy or something if all this stuff wasn't complete. I'll use the example of the laundry basket. I would venture to wager that the average man, tasked with caring for his own laundry, would likely keep it clean and dried, but not folded or put away, except for a few important pieces, pieces which he also might iron, lol. While I have seen more willingness from women to live out of laundry basket, they're much less likely to see it as a valid solution, lol.
    And so it goes with much of this labor, that men seem fairly likely to clean up grime, gross messes, and nasty piles, but a little clutter doesn't need consistently straightened, lime scale isn't a problem per se, and so forth. In the developing world, men would probably be very interested in working to make women more productive at task they naturally find more fulfilling. The obvious example is fetching water, via some sort of water system, but these things take resources to construct, and little bit of train, not much, really, for rudimentary system. Essentially, I think the single male would be less likely to gather as much water as the female. I suppose that's the difference. In relationship terms, the working solution, if the woman thinks the man does it wrong, is to allow her to do it all, a typical emotional solution... even though the male might well, in one trip, be able to serve the families actual water needs in one trip. Mostly I see children and a little bit older girls doing this job when I see great lines as the well. Although I have also seen large numbers of male farmers in other contexts.
    Thus, I suspect that the male is simply more likely to see additional opportunity costs as frivolous or equally frivolous to his recreational time, and a mixture of doing it "wrong" and not finding doing the extra to be validated particularly fulfilling.
    Because so much of the loud narrative of what is going on points toward a "misogyny" rather than a like, a practical biological difference why a psychological argument can be made to both sexes to actually achieve a more fulfilling end, we end up with a larger disparity than seem ideal. However, I would not mistake the term "ideal" here to indicate an equal burden, as I said, men are simply more likely to see living out of a laundry basket as a valid solution, and one cannot really expect the women's to necessarily show their gratitude adequately to encourage equal participation.
    And as to construction resources, it also seems true that if one was to have a local community build its water system, one might have access to a huge amount of volunteer or cheap labor with a limited number of trained or imported individuals thus saving money, but the political will seems limited using this method, instead, it's easier to buy less resources and use crony capitalism to achieve the work, though much less will get done... and less plumbers, much less local ones, trained, which will yield additional long term problems which could have been otherwise solved.
    Thus, in this biological difference between males and females, there a large market for reasonable solutions and innovation, as I see it. Also a lot of high value and likely stable small businesses.

    He is a true visionary, and I think that he is probably right about depopulation, the earth passes from 3.6 billions in 1979 to more than 7:billions today, this is during one lifetime, imagine one century.
    Africa is the most irresponsible when it come to birth control, South Korea reduced their population growth to near zero, same for japan, china and Thailand.

      +Alberto Humova He has no right to decide for us. Earth is over populated in some areas but look at all those wasted lands with NOTHING on there. Shut up!

    • @emericaskater120
      @emericaskater120 8 년 전 +1

      Most developed countries like Japan don't choose to have slow to no population growth. It comes with developing counties and there are many factors that cause it. Some being more women in the work force and more available birth control.

    • @Musica-zp7zn
      @Musica-zp7zn 8 년 전 +1

      emericaskater120 Ok but that's a problem to Japan, not mine. Earth is HUGE. It FITS 20 billion of humans surely.

    • @emericaskater120
      @emericaskater120 8 년 전 +1

      +Música Just because Earth could fit billions of more humans, it does not mean that it should. It's not about size, it is about resources. If we use up certain resources, then those extra 13 Billion people that you think can fit on Earth can die or live a very unfortunate life with very little. And the problem with slow population growth in developed countries is not unique to Japan. I just used it as an example. USA is very unique in that it is one of the only developed countries that still has a sizable population growth. But, basically all other developed countries have virtually no natural population growth (from births, not immigration). If you live in a developed country that isn't the USA (with a few other exceptions), then your country most likely has this slow growth situation and that IS your problem.
