Good on you for doing that, wish more people could do so. My family did similar, we got fed up with public schools. With help we built a homeschooling house with large field, playground an pool. All for my family's kids, our cousins kids and our friends kids.
The set up is the best of both worlds, a smaller sized class, more one on one teacher time if anyone is struggling in a subject.
All the while still haveing the opportunity to interact and work together with outher kids. We hired an amazing teacher with similar values to help with the classes.
An a big surprise was when my little cousin who we were told he's learning impaired only to find after the first month of our school and getting the one on one help he needed, he opened up an excelled in reading/writing.
Like I said, I wish folks could do the same because public schools and colleges are just a joke.
