jovivianed It may actually have been due to the jacket; if the rustling from the jacket (or anything in the room) was too distracting for the video, the editor/audio engineer would have tried to edit it out (too harshly) by subtracting frequency ranges from the audio track, leaving the "glassy", or "watery" distorted sounds you're hearing throughout the video. They are artifacts of audio manipulation.

HOW is her singing voice so diff than her talking voice. Has me shook every time
Amanda Bonfante she once said she sounded like if a hamburger could talk
because she sing with a mix of her throat and putting as much air passing trough when she articulate. Basically it means that she has little to no control on her voice. She doesnt put full belly notes in her songs. Always long note out of breath wich can sounds "nice" but thats not somethings that get teach in singing classes. Its actually consider really bad to do that since you wont be able to get full round note. you can even see how she tense her mouth while she sings and how relax the jaw move when talks. It should be as relaxed when she sings not turn into a smirk. Its different because the singing voice is "forced". With actual training she could be a good singer/musician "felling" it is not enough when it comes to techniques
