She is going to be disbarred because she does not understand the Judge's Order concerning her appearance of impropriety. Wade's departure from this case DOES NOT cure her appearance of impropriety. Willis has to take an affirmative action to cure her own appearance of impropriety. She has not done that. The moment she steps back into the Courtroom and moves forward as the Prosecutor of record, her ethical violation will be complete. At that point, disbarment is all but certain.
Of course, none of this has anything to do with any potential criminality associated with Willis' attempts to conceal the affair, conceal evidence and provide testimony inconsistent with truth while under oath. She is in deep, deep trouble.

It would appear that the Judge in this case has already been "swayed" by his superiors in Washington, and therefore will NOT be calling for either a mistrial nor dismissal.
I would hope that this court hearing in these 2 motions, will be thrown out on no grounds of guilt to be charged. Dismiss this case and be done with it!
