      Juhor is good quality. 3x different kits now: DDR4 3200(crucial/micron), DDR4 3600 (Samsung) & DDR5 6000(Samsung). All SPD info shows as Juhor & module as Samsung or crucial's micron. They do one with anime art on hsink, listed as Hynix too. But they keep the different modules separate, like Hynix type above. not mixed like these in video. XMP profile works no problems. Dual channel no problems. If you want decent cheap memory go Juhor. Might not be cheap on there but save on price here & have a decent quality.
      Tried Kingspec So DIMM & RZX So DIMM (laptop)DDR4 & both have been fine. Laptops only have 1 slot nowadays, along with maybe soldered modules on mobo. So dual channel & the worry of different modules on 2 matched dimms wouldn't really matter.

    Great video! I am no expert when it comes to ram so I really appreciate the information you've provided here. I for one, actually don't mind that China uses spare parts. They are the biggest recyclers of e-waste that would otherwise end up in land fills. I've personally used multiple sets of ram from Kllsre and Jazer and haven't had any issues. I even ran some test comparing the peformance in games compared to a well known quality brand Patriot. Surprisingly they actually performed on par to my Patriot Viper 4 Blackout series ram CL16. I had a Kllsre kit rated at CL 22 and two different Jazer kits at CL18. In games the Kllsre was basically only 1 fps on average slower. Though, there were larger differences in the 1% and .1% lows (but we're talking 3fps max). The Jazer kits were pretty much on par with the Patriot kit with the added bonus of crystal rgb's on the Jazer kits.

    I bought a 16GB DDR3 Atermiter, not knowing what to expect, but it ended up being better than the RAM it replaced.
    I was able to undervolt it from 1.5 to 1.2, ran memory tests up the wazoo and it was stable. That was 3 years ago, and it's still going strong today.
    And till this day I wonder if they're not using traditional DDR3 chips inside the thing, but instead malfunctioned DDR4 or 5 that simply failed to run traditional JEDEC speeds, but was able to run 1600, so they just slapped them into DDR3 kits and sold them instead of throwing them in the bin.

    I have 4x 8GB no heatsink Oscoo ram, non XMP, they're weird indeed.
    Advertised as 3200MHz on the box and their website, but in my B450 Aorus Elite it only reach 2993 MHz out of the box. Even worse, in B450M Pro VDH Max it only reach 2666 MHz.
    On the plus side, they're very cheap, no frills. If it works, it works.
    Oh also the pc is office pc, even though I sometimes play games on it.

  • @uncrunch398
    @uncrunch398 10 일 전

    If longevity is good for the price and whatever is run isn't bandwidth bound, it's probably a good buy. It would be a valid way to recycle components and reduce demand so prices might be lower for those who would benefit from higher performance. The probability of a short destroying the computer and data needs to be addressed if it hasn't been.

    A Penny saved Today is more like .8 of a Penny -earned- Tomorrow- thanks hyper-inflation. Also, YES some DDR4 and 5 is only compatible with either AMD or Intel. Especially lately. I don't disagree that all this ram is likely junk but new good ram is sometimes only Intel or AMD compatible. There's a reason ram is labeled to be compatible with one, the other or both. I've never had the problem myself but I do know it's a thing- a friend of mine had to return and get different Memory not too long ago for this exact reason.

      I've had 2 out of 4 identical of their (Kingston) SSDs fail but, had laptops ship with their RAM standard & work no problems for years.
      I champion Corsair's PSUs & had an 850W last for years, must be over a decade but, had some of their RAM cr*p out over time before. Doesn't always equate as people say.

    kllisre ram works at the specs it says it does, which is 22-22-22-57 3200mhz, and is indeed trash ram, but for 64$ NZD(30usd?) for 2x 16gb sticks it does work, so far for 2 years in my trash Erying system.
    its one benefit besides price, is it works out of the box with no tweaking in those recycled laptop cpu 11th gen ES 0000 erying boards very well because those boards use re-used engineering sample laptop CPU's and expect laptop ddr4 timings.
    as one set is in my wifes computer, and one set is in my fileserver/game server(both erying es0000 11th gen boards) I'll update this as time goes on
