I felt that childhood trauma one. I was in that situation. At my dance studio someone read about my dad's arrest and they spread gossip about me and eventually kicked my mom out because people were "uncomfortable" around her for still being married to a criminal. I had a no contact order against my dad for about a year at that time. I was having a rough day when the studio owner had a PRIVATE MEETING about MY SITUATION without my mom or I, the only other people involved. And on top of that the people in the meeting were selected few. While in the meeting my name was mentioned by the studio owner making the whole situation worse because now a bunch of adults I didn't want to know about my private life now are asking me "are you okay" and pestering me to tell them "how I feel" pretending to be someone I can trust. The studio owner kicked me out before covid because she didn't want to deal with the toxic studio SHE CREATED when she spread fake information about my dad. Telling everyone to comfort me and let me know it's a safe place that it was all about me but in reality I wanted no one to know and I didn't want to be constantly reminded or judged by people who I've been dancing with for 13 years.
My dad died May 17th 2021 so the case is now closed due to his death.
If you've gotten here I just want to thank you for reading. Just know actions have consequences and never ever share information about someone without their permission. It can cause lasting damage. 💕

one year my brother's class would all have to choose a book to read (any book you want) and then make a presentation about it and bring some snack that relates to the book and they would always have the best days ever of everyone just eating all these homemade snacks and I was always so jealous of him

I had a friend that didn’t go on Twitter for a long time. She ended up disabling her Twitter account. She was really depressed too. It’s been a few years. I still worry about her

My friends mom confronted me for leaving her daughter out, at our village fair in front of everyone I know including classmates and teachers and In reality her daughter was just exaggerating for attention :(

When I was a kid I always found graves super scary until one day I went to one with my step grandma and I realize this is the place where you can see your family again and it is super heart warming!

My little brother is 4 and he yells back at my parents.. guess how much trouble he gets in a day😬😂

Can we all just appreciate how Kassie is one of the only KRplusrs who actually cares about education and would never advise that anyone drop out of school to do social media. As a student, I really look up to her for not dropping out of school and actually caring about education yet still pursuing her dreams. 💗 😃

3:52 Yes, I have. But I deserved it because I was talking bad about my friends mom, and she found out. But the mom was very nice and teached me a lesson politely. Which i wasnt expecting but ever since then she has my respect.

I met a friend in 2nd grade and soon enough we were bffs, the next year we were in separate classes. She had barely said a word to me, I felt defeated. She found our best friend and another girl to play with. Another year passed, and we were in 4th grade, and because we were in distance learning I wasn’t able to ever talk to her. The summer break after 4th grade, every graduated 4th grader got an offer to go to a different school that offers more learning experience, I took the offer and went. On the first day of school, I realized that my 2nd grade BFF was there too. Those first 3 weeks school were the best I had, our friendship was connected again! I absolutely appreciate her so much and I am proud that she is able to make a new friend, but it’s like she completely left me again. The only thing that made us start talking to each other again was the seating chart, we were seated together and our friendship was like a sibling bond! I am so glad we were able to fix everything and we are able to laugh and talk like we used to again.

14:13 I remember I use to go to my grans grave with my dad and we wld pour our selfs 3 shots of Irish whisky because it was my grans favourite drink , I would have one my dad would have one and then we would pour hers on her grave , we use to do that every year but now things have drifted and it’s just like the traditions been forgotten about , tbh I don’t even know I’m my dad still visits her grave but at least ill always remember those times so she’ll never be forgotten, it’s really a great bonding experience

The glow I can’t she’s so pretty-

The first one made me feel all types of feels because I have a lot of online friends but I got in trouble and my parents don't let me go on the game anymore and I just miss the conversations that we would have together. It's only been 3 months but I miss them so much.

there was this one time during recess (I was in pre-school or daycare btw) where me and this boy were playing on the slide. Then I suddenly realized that no other classmates were on the playground with us. Naturally, as preschoolers, we got a little scared and tried to go back inside the building, but the door was locked. surprisingly, I didn't freak out. Can't say the same for the boy though. We finally got let inside when it was time for me to go home.
I'm still confused to this day on whether the teachers forgot about us, or whether the teachers just let us continue playing by ourselves lol

Childhood Trauma:
Okay, so the first time I went on a plane, that I remember, was when me, my brother, my sister and my mom went on a trip to California. Me and my brother both wanted to sit in the window seat, so my mom said that we would take turns. On the way there, one of us would sit at the window seat. On the way back, the other would sit at the window seat. On the way there, I choose to sit at the window seat. Baaad idea. It was nighttime, and I only stayed awake for like half an hour and then I feel asleep, also, major detail, since there were four of us, my mom sat across from us at the next seat across from the isle. Okay, we get to California, and we stay for four days. Fast forward to when we fly back.
Now, I don’t remember much from the experience; all I remember is that it was a five hour plane ride, and that it was daylight. We got on the plane, and my mom told me to sit on the isle across from where my brother, my sister and my mom were sitting. I sat next to two fully grown men for a five hour plane ride. I remember being so scared and looking across the isle to see my family talking and laughing. I didn’t speak for that full plane ride, and I did not leave my chair. One of the men I was sitting next to kept on looking strangely at me, and it scared me so much. When we got off the plane, I was so relieved to get home, and I will still never understand why my mom told me to sit on the isle across from the rest of my family. So yeah, bad parenting skills mom!

one time when i was in grade school my mom wanted to speak to my classmate for throwing a pencil at me and almost got me in the eye, my mom straight up said that if he blinds me he'll take his eye jokingly.
i think my classmate was traumatized.

NOOO but like with that 'childhood trauma' one it reminds me of that time in year 5-6 (when I was 9-11) I really liked this boy, so I would pass notes to my "Best Friend" about him and she would tell me whenever he looked at me, etc. and so one day the Teacher-Aide found one of our notes (saying how much I liked him, but using his 'code name') and showed it to our teacher and got everyone to sit down so we could talk about it. BTW (in this school you would get in trouble for even LIKING someone) My (old school, male, sexist) teacher read it out to the ENTIRE class and he was like "OHHHH who wrote this?" and obviously no one said anything. But me and my "Best Friend" were looking at each other mortified (we were young and didn't even know how to react) He then said "If you wrote this please stand up" and still NO ONE moved and inch. We then all just forgot about it and went to lunch, but little did I know my "Best Friend" had told my teacher it was me and her, which we could've gotten away with it if she didn't say anything. And then everyone was asking her who it was about (I wasn't even there so she didn't really have a right to say anything because, 1: She didn't even ask me, and 2: and it was MY SECRET) and so then she told EVERYBODY in our class and then every one hated me. (;

This unlocked a memory I had from when I was younger, I was peeling a carrot and I thought, what if I peeled further than the skin?, so I kept going and I finally reached the end. I put them in a bowl and added in some ranch, made it perfect. Still eat it to this day.

I was the quiet kid who wore a leather trench coat in school. I was called a school shooter all the time. I just have so much anxiety and I just didn't like talking to people I wasn't friends with. My trench coat was my safety 'blanket' and I literally cried when they banned trench coats at my school. The ban was cause because someone joked about shooting up the school. Quiet kids usually get a bad wrap some of us are just anxiety fulled anisocials who only like talking to your small group of friends and staying way plus avoiding talking to other students.

so about the childhood trauma subject, i went through something traumatic a couple months ago, and the exact opposite happened to me. my friends were distant and i felt like nobody cared about my life anymore. it was and still is pretty sad. p.s the lighting is beautiful in the end!

I used to have a friend online from discord. We actually met from a twitch streamer and we’d call a lot. We had a lot in common like we both liked roblox and Gacha. We were friends for maybe a 2-3 months until my mom found out… yeahhhh so she wasn’t to happy I was talking to strangers and I reminded her of my brother and his friend who is much older (diff story) but she said my dad met him already.
