That's a different case, but normally a girl would think a guy who likes them (if they girl knew it or the guy confessed to the girl). They could think about it a in a lot of ways, either we also want the guy or not. The response would always come out after the confession. I think a guy would notice it if a girl likes you or not because it will naturally show on her actions.
