LA Reid was Usher guardian while he was recording his first album, which LA Reid then appointed Diddy to work on Ushers album is how he ended living with Diddy, it was just suppose to be a in house work type of thing. LA Reid and Usher mom had no idea all that was going on and how unprofessional Diddy was, it was just a different time back then. It wouldn’t happen today because there’s so much technology from social media to ring cameras etc.
Diddy was just the hot producer at the time, technically he was only supposed to be working and producing everyday all day, but people in power never do what they’re supposed to do. Hence why Ushers first album was probably not as successful.

The entertainment industry gets away with this because it’s blinding; people see their dreams, a lavish lifestyle and money and they go with it. It’s looked at as the necessary evil and eventually it’ll get normalized. We normalized anti-science and anti-vaccination and have given platforms to uneducated people to speak about stuff they know nothing about. Most of us know it’s not normal. It’s hurting people. There will be long term repercussions but there push back is too much to fight, so we let the anti-science brigade talk. In 10-20 years, there will be a story on all the long forgotten illnesses that are killing everyone and the younger generation won’t understand got we didn’t do anything.
