When I make the jumbo pasta I fill the noodles with the meat and cheese, put them in a baking dish and then sprinkle more cheese and sauce over top of them. So yummy!!!!!
I also make “tacos” with the jumbo shells by filling them with taco meat and cheese! Yum!!

When we have that sort of pasta. The clam one, we fill it with ricotta cheese and mozzarella, cover it with sauce, put it in a pan and cover that with cheese. Then bake it. really good!

@@evakim6666 cook the pasta and then you let it cool. Then you stuff the shells with your ricotta/parmesan and mozzarella cheese mixture. I also like to put some thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder and a little onion powder in the mixture. Fill the shells and cover them in sauce and more mozz cheese. Bake it at 350 for about a half hour on the top rack. Once it's done you can add more sauce if you'd like and you've got some delish stuffed shells! 😊

Dorothy I love your videos. Italian people don't really twirl their pasta using a spoon, by the way. Also, those big shells are usually stuffed with ricotta cheese, covered in sauce, then covered in mozzarella, then baked. Stuffed shells are delicious.

@@sona71096 the Jalapeno is rated at 8000 SHU, while the Cheongyang chili pepper is rated at 10000 SHU. If you can handle the Jalapeno, the Cheongyang is not that much worse. To be fair, she dumps a ton of it on her already spicy food regularly.

I am no way complaining. When I make the shell pasta, I stuff it. With ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian herbs , an egg ,salt and pepper. Just an inspiration meal idea. Love your smile thanks for all you do. OR you take hard tofu, seasonings of choice and spinach and stuff it.
