Joel's videos seem like they were all entirely ad-libbed with no meetings, no instructions on what to do, and somehow nobody has ever met anyone else here and yet the entire universe came together to form it into something that is somewhat coherent. I love it.
He has already mentioned the majority of his videos are unscripted with just the basic premise of the video known.
