Я думаю, что эти милые работящие люди один раз в день едят, поэтому так обильна эта еда на ночь, в покое все процессы идут лучше. Сама не раз замечала, что хорошо засыпаю, если плотно поела... Хотя врачи советуют отдать ужин врагу :)) А если врагов нет?
