Ok , in India it is not unusual for cops to accept a few Dollars if they catch you speeding and you offer to pay them a “ quick Fine “ however, in the US you get heavy Fines for going 1 mph over or under the speed limit . I prefer the Indian way as it is faster and much cheaper !
