2 arrested in Norfolk shooting that killed 20-year-old woman

I drove by there shortly after it happened taking my daughter to the airport. She saw Stariyana's body on the ground. I remember seeing a group of girls coming at Starbucks sometimes in the evenings....when I'd take my work there....and they'd come over and say "hello" to me...mostly because I was polite with them. I'm not sure but I think she was one of them. Rest In Peace.
