не дай бог такой нож купить.. При заточке перегревают до синего цвета. Да и сама конструкция и изготовление ножа - дичь полная
Продают, скорее всего, за копейки, а поккпатели вряд ли являются искушенными ножеманами.
Ленточные пилы это быстрорез, значит самокал. Так, что не важен цвет при заточке. Конструкция да, диковата. Но если делают, значит покупают.

Обратите внимание на заточку, а именно формирование подводов. Металл греется до красноты, клинок "перепален" работать он не будет, вообще. По закалке вопросов нет, она и так была мягко говоря не очень, ну а при такой заточке её просто не стало. Вот и получилось то, что получилось, полное гуано, извините мой французский.
Весь процесс закалки лезвия ножа, сошел на нет, когда один рукажоп делая спуски "отпустил" лезвие. Лезвие ножа имеющее цвет побежалости считаются браком и будет быстро тупиться.

Well, whatever temper was left in that blade, this guy 7:00 just took it all out and it'll never hold an edge. Also, that pressed on back rib thing is just a place for bacteria to hide and grow, you can never clean it.
Same thoughts here. But might be a one way knife for ceremonial use only or just a wall hanger.
To be fair, they probably only cost a quid
All that effort to produce a knife that is made from steel too thin to do the job properly 🤷♂️. And yes, that stiffening channel is a no no bacterial trap.

I seen the tempering of the steel in the beginning after they cut it . But, never seen the re Harding or quenching of the blade. So these knives are all soft steel. So will need to be sharpened a lot
They quenched the blade in oil not water ! the guy grinding the edges of the blade was burning the steel blue rendering a soft blade.
