No disrespect but I hate when people say latin/hispanic seasoning is only for Dominicans. I’m Honduran and I use all of that and more. And the blending of the onions, peppers, cilantro and garlic is called sofrito. Adobo is not only a Dominican thing. Even some African Americans use it. But yeah, no hate or anything , just stating my opinion. I love them both though 😩 they’re all very beautiful!
Edit: I do not have a problem with any nationality. Simply stating my OPINION. The minute someone says anything about Dominicans, people jump and get so offensive like relax it was never that serious. All I’m saying is I’ve always heard people connect Adobo with JUST Dominicans and so many other people use it. Bringing drama where there is none.
