It means they are vastly intrigued and excited by the person doing this fast aggressive thing (aggressive isn't really the right word but it gets the job done) Dogs do this with eachother, constantly chasing eachother and playing tag, running at and then away from the others. Dogs aren't thinking "I want to kill" when they get aggressive chasing and biting at eachother, which is a real problem since many dogs will be pulled apart immediately when they play rough, which makes them want to play even more rough. (They have to have well integrated doggy social lives to learn how to treat eachother, this is why dogs that are kept away from other dogs and people are much meaner and more likely to attack rather than play when it reaches adulthood.) -I'm spreading information about animals to possible pet owners to prevent more neglect, abuse, or misunderstanding of the psychology of animals. And to prevent people from buying pets that are bred to look a certain way as this also causes genetic deformities and sickness in future animals. Study, educate yourself, learn things, don't be a happy ignorant guy, ignorant of understanding things, ignorance may be bliss but at the cost of others.
