There is a time and place for ALL things and most ppl act the same way everywhere all the time w/out editing their lives. I think it's important that we all learn more how to edit ourselves and our responses to all uncontrollable circumstances. You'd be surprised how things would change for the better when you are more self-aware and you edit things according to the situation and your awareness of it. I teach this myself as a communications coach which includes language/ speech and the psychology of such communications.

As a male, I will say this: females, don't be so worried about what guys think of you. Honestly just be yourself. Guys will be attracted to you based on your personality and looks for the most part. Sure, you can let a guy know you like him with a subtle hint, but don't obsess over things like body language. Believe me, there are a lot more important things to be concerned about.

Femininity is best when the men can be trusted or the woman is in a place where the softness is just a coat and push too hard she can protect herself. I will be happy when people stop going out in their pajamas and house shoes and start making an effort to present themselves as serious people.
I've had great candidates apply for jobs and they literally showed up in a pullover hoodie and pajamas. They're not dressed for the job they want. They're not even dressed for the life they want.
Psychology, the way we present ourselves to others impacts out self perception. If we present ourselves as elegant, beautiful or handsome people who take pride in our grooming, decorum and presentation, we will think of ourselves that way. Habit becomes nature.

"It's so beautiful to be a woman." Thank you for everything you’re doing for us ladies! Your lessons are timely and women, if they are looking to marry a high-class man, need to hear them more than ever. In today’s world, women are often encouraged to act masculine and even deny their femininity. They then wonder why they aren't attracting anyone or are attracting the wrong type of man. A woman does not have to act like a man and lose her femininity to advance in education and/or career. The two can coexist as long as balance is achieved. I wish I found you years ago!

By watching this video and reaching out, you are already on you way to creating a more alluring self. Try only one tiny improvement at a time. Master the improvement until it becomes a habit and part of you. Once this is completed, you’ll find that you’ll be more self confident. This happens because you have done something positive for yourself. Additionally, an accomplishment teaches anyone about themselves so that they are better able to handle the next step towards their goal and so on.
I read somewhere that it takes three weeks to make a change into a habit. I read somewhere else that it takes six weeks. Either way keep a diary of your feelings, your struggles, how you’ve overcome them and what part of changing is easiest for you. Please remember that setbacks and failures happen. Treat them like extra credit assignments and bonus lessons.
All the best of good fortune and blessing for your short term and ultimate success.

However, there was this guy who mocked me for it all the time, so I stopped doing it. To this day I get anxious if someone walks behind me and would judge that way I walk (making my walk even more awkward I am sure). And whenever I would reject him (for obvious reason), his mocking would get worse for a while. :/ It destroyed a lot of the rest of my self-esteem after some other traumatic events. So go take a dance class 😊

You're so right about that hip swing. I've been friends with this guy who's always wanted me and one of the things he's attracted about me is my walk. He said I was very confident but feminine.

Not only are you beautiful and elegant but you have a touch of quiet hilarity. This video not only is informative but you have made me laugh with your ways of explaining things and your demonstration of negative body language. You are priceless!

I was told once, maybe 20 years ago, women should walk in a straight line, placing one foot directly in front of the other. This will give you a bit of hip swing without trying. Men on the other hand should walk on two parallel lines, placing each foot in front of where it left the ground.

I love the point you made about balance. If you need to tone it up, tone it up. If you need to tone it down, tone it down. :) only acknowledgement of who you are can give you a better understanding of what you need to work on. Don’t be afraid of admitting to yourself whether you’re too much or too little. We could all use a little balance. The best part about it is, you don’t need to admit it to anybody if you don’t want to. Just yourself. In the privacy of your own bedroom. Blessed be ladies ♥️

Hunched over posture is everywhere due to cell phones in everyone's hand 😨 Its all classes of people and everywhere ! I love being the only person in a room without a phone in my hand. Like most things now, what used to be normal behavior is now considered an "upgrade" in behavior.

The success of “thinking sensual thoughts” can be explained by pheromone release which can be detected by a possible mate, subconsciously of course.

Anna, this is first I've seen a video of yours ( I actually have done all these naturally since younger..I watched to see how I got the man I got haha) but I must say you are impeccable at being a video hostess. This is an excellently made video. It's refreshing for me to see someone with poise as I was taught growing up, I didn't realize how much I missed that in interactions with people. You're very good at what you do!

Interesting and inspiring video. Anna always talks calmly and interestingly. In fact, being feminine is easy, it means not taking on male responsibilities, not being masculine. Be yourself, be light, dreamy and positive!
