Yea, it does not seem like a smart idea. I think they learned from Carl's death. He deserved better. I am so glad that they give him recognition. They did not do this in the regular show. It was almost like he and Rick did not exist--they barely spoke his name which made zero sense. Andy and Danai know this and paid attention by giving us those moments showing us how important Carl was/is to their story.

If Michonne dies it’ll be too much for me to continue this series and all TWD, it would just be too devastating. Danai has shown thru her writing she knows exactly what the fans want and the end of michonne is the opposite. I truly hope your wrong in your prediction.
I hope Michonne is safe but Danai did write episode 6 as well.

I’m looking forward to this episode, then. I really enjoyed her writing and especially the dialogue.
I try to trust her that she will respect not only the characters but the fans as well. She’s on record saying AMC gave them the reins, so however TOWL ends, it’s on her (and Gimple) as the brains behind this story.
What many have been wrong about:
Beale will cut of Rick's hand for trying to escape.
Rick can't be effective wth only one hand.
Rick will snap out of it when Michonne tells him about RJ.
What I heard during Senoia intervew:
Danai: "Judith has sort of outgrown it, hasn't she?" - speaking of who has Judith's katana.
Andy, "Yes, she is so smart."
SO many nuggets in that interview.
What I have seen is them giving hardcore Richonne fans the romance these two should have had on the show-lots of affection, dialogue and moments together. We see how broken up Michonne was about leaving her kids, there is no way she dies without seeing her kids. Rick too. This is an epic love story. They can get back to their kids and we never see them again. It is a farewell to these two beloved characters. I am okay with not having a second season if they reunite with their kids. I know so many want Daryl, Morgan, Carol reunion, but it is not about them. I think an ending where wither character can join a spinoff makes sense.
I think Rick's going to bomb the CRM and he's going to think Michonne is dead. The the first helicopter Gabrielle heard was Rick and the second helicopter is michonne showing up after Rick. Hopefully with Thorn.

That would make sense, or probably Michonne will be assumed dead in some other way and probably it might tie up to the moment where she meets Carol and etc.

I don't think anyone would even want to watch a season two of this show if they killed Michonne. Carl wasn't even the best character, but look how much his death pissed off everyone. I just can't see them doing it.

Usually when Montages pop up in the series means someone is getting killed off. I truly hope that this is not the case! Killing Rick or Michonne would make me finally move away from the series. The only reason I even held on this long was to see Rick, Michonne and the kids reunited. They are the series to me.
The good thing is, through Fear the Walking Dead we know that characters believed to be dead can return (yes, there is cynicism here too)
None of the spin offs had the main character die, why start with the most anticipated show? Gimple said the ending will be very satisfying, killing them off is not satisfying. None of the theories for the trailers have even been close to what happened in the actual episodes. If there is a screen on the stage, Michonne probably see's video on them experimenting on A's, or seeing extremely advanced walkers.

Maybe I am overthinking all the foreshadowing. Gimple is the showrunner on this one and he does so much of that, Just had me nervous for one of my fav characters. Let's hope it doesn't happen.
@@Spectrum12 Carl was enough, I'm sure Gimple got death threats for that, lol. He should know better by now. They go home, that is the only thing that makes sense. I do think their home will still be in danger, so that keeps the door open for other seasons in the future if they want.

I predict Beale will give Rick an ultimatum to kill Thorne and/or Michonne; there may be a variant walker reveal for Michonne and Rick; some of the CRM somehow gets subdued, Rick will split from Michonne and think she's dead; or another main character from TWD returns for a shock death; Richonne escapes seeking to be updated on the OG family
There's ZERO foreshadowing of her death, but I'm sure they're happy you're worried. 😂 In four days, you'll be laughing about how silly this was when you see Rick and Michonne meeting their kids (then you'll cry as they tug at your heart strings to celebrate two iconic characters).

I just feel like they wouldn't kill off Michonne I mean truly it wouldn't make sense for either of them to die especially since the show is called the ones who live like that would make the title of the show pointless like why kill either of the main characters in show called the ones who live like I'm not saying it can't happen it would just be kind of pointless to kill one of them I could see Thorne dying in this episode but not Rick or Michonne because I feel like Thorne is gonna die saving either rick or Michonne like that would be a good ending for her but I don't want her to die either but it would be better than Michonne or Rick.
If you look at what they posted “Rick and Michonne’s story will be wrapped up for right now. We’ll get a conclusive end to their story. There will be a door open to future stories with them later if the opportunity presents itself.” I think she’s gonna make it. Im still kinda scared but with them saying there will be opportunities for future stories with them let’s me know she’s gonna make it. The crm story isn’t over but I think she loses a hand or arm Like Rick trying to save him. And thorn go to blow up Alexandria with Rick and michonne in tow behind her she blows up Alexandria they stop her and finds out about the comon wealth from Gabriel since he’s in the woods not Alexandria reunion cut to Beal not being dead after cascadia base season over
World Beyond was labeled a limited series, yet we had 2 seasons... so they could follow that and make a S2. As for Michonne probably dying, I'm not sure there's enough info to come to that conclusion, the tearful stuff might be the montages and the eventual reunion with Judith and RJ, or maybe it's something else entirely.
I hope the tears are happy tears for the reunion.

Hey random question but i was wondering, has it been answered before and i missed it or did they never clear it up. How did the phone get onto the boat that Michonne found it on, cause didnt okafor find the note and the phone?
Yes, he had to have found the phone to know that the drawing of the little girl was Rick's daughter. Apparently Okafor kept the note from the bottle but left the phone. It's likely he didn't recognize the boots being Rick's but Michonne would.

Hum my two cents. Rick was literally dead at the beginning of the season. He was born again because of Michonne's love. I don't think they will kill her at the ebd if episode 6 it was would be a nonsense except if it's the end of everything.

When Okafor was passenger in helicopter w/ Rick, he told him to "swear on the sword"...any thoughts if that was alluding to something other than Rick eventually 'choosing' Michonne over the CRM? What did Okafor have in mind when he said that? Thanks for making these great vids!

I’m going to make a prediction that Michonne is not going to die. I think the fact that there are so many people that are believing that this is going to happen is why it won’t happen. I just can’t see it. This theory of Michonne’s death is everywhere now.
This is the thing that I am holding onto. The fact they have made so many believe she will die. I hope this is just great writing to make us think this and she will end up being okay.

at 7:08 if you look at the stand thingy with the CRM logo on the right it looks like rick and the person on the left could be the person that rick is fighting in the elevator so maybe rick gets back gets the promotion and goes on the stand they walking back to his room and something leaves to them fighting in the elevator?? just a theory
I can see us getting more seasons with both Rick and Michonne alive.... With the build up we have had for the CRM and Beale, 6 episodes is nothing it'll be like in the game of thrones, 8 long seasons of the build up towards the battle with the white walkers and it turned out to be a dead dud. TWD francise needs the CRM to be massive the ultimate threat, Cause as it stands we not seen nothing from Beale to make us bothered by him in terms to the other villians we have seen in TWD,

I feel like there’s something to Rick’s scar Jadis gave him in episode 5. Okafor got the same scar from Thorne in the past. I’m not sure what that’s foreshadowing but I feel like it was included for a reason. Any thoughts?

One thing I'm thinking about is whether Rick and Michonne are getting ahead of themselves I mean there powerful but I don't see how they can take down the Crm that easy .
I'm with you on that one. I keep thinking about the Saviors. They attacked a small outpost thinking they had took them out. If anything they would be just waking up the sleeping giant.
There's two scenarios that could happen. One, Michonne and Rick get back with their family. Because there's no reason to kill off either one of them. They need to see their children especially Rick with his son he didn't know he had. The main thing is the name of the show. Those who live. Beale is killed and Rick takes over. And what he does is tell them to go back to their homes that they had. Other scenario, if Rick were to be killed Michelle would go bad ass crazy. And I keep thinking about what was in the car they would have. And then get to that and blow up the whole CRM. But I don't think we would want to kill all those people. They were brainwashed. Remember when Rick was in the hospital in the first episode and he saw helicopters? This is what made me think about how long the CRM was around. If one of them is killed it's going to break my heart. I'll make sure that I have a whole box of tissues. I don't know if the CRM knows about the Commonwealth. I've never wanted time to go fast but in this situation I do. Thanks for sharing the video.

If Michonne does die, that's probably going to mean that Rick is NEVER going home. If Rick dies, she will find a way to go home without him and perhaps Alexandria is still there. Many will now try to say he will go home without her but if they do, I say you haven't been paying attention! He will not continue to try and escape on his own when he hasn't been able to in almost 8 years. I believe Carol sent Judith and RJ to Ezekiel in West Virginia when she left to try and find Daryl. (It appears it is W.VA in the TV Show versus Ohio in the Comics) So their story can carry on without their parents.
If Michonne dies and Rick knows about it he would just take himself out. The end.

The only thing I can think of if this is the case is that maybe Danai is ready to move on from TWD. She is so talented she might want to explore other things.

With spotty connection and reception😅, why in the world would she wait until the end to say it's Rick or Michonne? Daryl is looking for Rick.

Carol's radio message to Daryl was NOT Rick came back. Be honest for a moment. If you got Daryl on the radio, and you know about his relationship with Rick, wouldn't the first thing you would say would be Rick is ALIVE and he is back? Carol was too relaxed during that conversation. She was talking about all this other stuff and then she throws out at the end of it that someone came back. It was probably her saying that Morgan came back. Yall know Gimple and his tricks at this point. I don't know why people think Carol was talking about Rick on the radio.

When I saw the ring, I knew….it was the kiss of death for Michonne. This would be similar to what you would see in old war movies where one soldier shows another soldier a picture of his girlfriend back home that he plans to marry. Always bad news. He either dies or she is cheating and plans to dump him.

Pretty Sure Danai said in an interview that they did not want to use the usual tropes of epic love stories. This Michonne dies crap is killing me. The twist when Michonne sacrifices herself to blow up the bombs to save Alexandria but Rick finds out none of the group were in Alexandria but in Commonwealth is gonna make Rick Crazy. Hope we get a season 2 so we can see Villain Rick return 😈
Yall thinking crazy Rick is gonna be "villainous Rick" and not "Rick talking to phones in the prison and seeing ghost of Lori" is...telling. If Michonne dies, Rick is going to be crazy crazy. And that doesn't necessarily mean murderous rampage crazy. It means going on walkabouts and talking on phones with no dial tones.
