After spring came, it has been dry and kitties started to have dandruff.
So, the two kitties, MoMo and LuLu, took a bath today.
It was not easy but kitties were much helpful to get it done!

방수털 모루모루 형제(!)가 얼마전에 목욕했어요. 날씨가 건조해서인지 비듬이 조금 생겼고 털갈이 시즌이라, 한 번 죽은 털을 떼어내고 컨디셔너를 발라주면 좋을 것 같았거든요. 영상에는 나오지 않지만 결국 루루는 제가 안고 머리를 제 옆구리 사이에 끼우고 꽁꽁 숨은 야옹이가 되어 목욕을 마쳤어요. 우리 모두 조금 힘든 날이었지만 욕실 바닥에 고양이 10마리가 나올 것 같은 털이 쌓인 걸 보고 어쩐지 조금 뿌듯했어요! 오늘도 행복한 봄 날 되세요 :)

When I bathe my girl she does meow a lot, I need to wear protection not because she attacks me but because she’s only trying to get away from the water lol, I have to sit on the floor with her, sometimes she’ll climb onto my shoulders to get to high ground but she won’t attack, I make sure to give her what she wants afterwords as a reward for being a good girl and not eating me alive hahah.

I adopt two domestic cat, bathe them once every 1-2 months by myself, and these are the points that I made sure before bathing them to make it less stressful:
1. We need to wear long sleeved shirt to avoid scratches.
2. Make sure to trim their nails.
3. Close the bathroom door.
4. Use a colored bathtub. White or dark colored tub might scare them because they can't see the footing and it will frighten them of drowning.
5. Use a rubber mat as a footing so the cat doesn't slip.
6. Use warm water and do not splash the water directly on their head.
7. Keep talking and showering them with praises while bathing them.
8. When it's done, wrap them with a towel, carry them outside the bathroom like a baby, and put them in a warm place with indirect sunlight.
9. Rub the towel gently to blot the water, brush the fur with unused toothbrush to help it dry faster and remove the fall out.
10. Give them their favorite treats. Nom nom nom~

@@syahx9685 You can adopt from the shelter or a stray one even better, but only when you're ready. Having cats are not so much different from having kids, sometimes it was stressful and a lot of times it was joy and happiness ☺️❤
Also when your done bathing the cat you can also buy these blankets that heat up then place it like a towel but don’t actually use it when your cat is wet
