Since starting as high school friends in 2016, Connecticut's Anxious had quietly been building momentum until the release of their 2022 record "Little Green House." Since the release of "Little Green House," Anxious hit the road nonstop with scene staples like Drug Church, Knuckle Puck, and Militarie Gun, along with select dates supporting legendary acts like Bayside and Thrice. Comprised of members Grady Allen (vocals), Sam Allen (bass), Jonny Camner (drums), Dante Melucci (guitar, vocals), and Tommy Harte (guitar), Anxious put together a hot mix of melodic hardcore, pop punk, and emo during their Audiotree Live Session. You should be very proud, Little Green House is my album of the year. If there was alternative radio still Anxious would be HUGE. Amazing band. Also, finally some people to make Connecticut proud! As a lifelong resident we can claim the world is a beautiful place and now Anxious.

Found Anxious because Ned Russin posted Anxious' first EP forever ago. This album is genuinely one of my favorite albums in quite a while; zero exaggeration. ALSO, the album release show was amazing as well.
If you're reading this and you have a chance to see Anxious live, TAKE IT! They won me over huge when I saw them open for Bayside last summer, and Grady is a stand-up guy.
Just bought a Wonder Years ticket so that I could see Anxious. So stoked.
the drummer jonny camner makes this band for me. a band is only as good as it’s drummer and i think he’s a massive contributor as to why anxious is such a fun band to listen to

Discovered Anxious through being a OSC fan and following Grady, Ryan and Ross. Big fan of the band , great debut album and looking forward to the next. Saw them at Pouzza fest '23 in Montreal and they were my highlight of the weekend. Quality scenes, love it!

I just saw Anxious on Leap Day in Hamden CT, and fuck I was blown away by the whole bill. Koyo, One Step Closer and Life's Question all put on fantastic sets, but the highlight for me was the 5 or so minutes that Dante took to chat with me from the stage after Anxious played. What an incredibly sweet kid. That's really all I can say. Kids got a fantastic head of hair on his shoulders (figuratively and literally!) and I can't tell you how much does that means to somebody who's been going to hardcore gigs for over 30 years now. Basically that's all I want to say, accept I'm in the hospital now, and once again Anxious and the power of community continues to get me through it.
Never stop playing Afternoon.

Always love a band composed of a strong group of friends. Bands like that tend to know exactly what they want to sound like. Definitely love the drums, homie can keep a beat. The rhythm and bass are on point. Dante is a workhorse man. I see some comments not giving the vocals his due, but i think its more his look thats throwing yall off. Very laid back for a vocalist. So greatful for channels like this one for platforming new talent i can follow. Good look audiotree.
Dante's vocals are pretty underrated. The layers he adds make these songs what they are imo
