Next time you play this, you should put Wooley for your favorite type of PIE. You're gonna see what's gonna happen. It's really funny.
The arm either belongs to the character you play as or the butcher himself. Since the reason why you didnโt get the ending is either 2 things.
1: since Amanda can interact with you, when you left the game she probably killed the character you play as before they could get the butcher ending.
2: Amanda wanted the butcher to kill you and since you didnโt get that ending, she got mad and killed the butcher
