And while the US likely did not do it directly the Ukraine was surely a proxy. Any intelligence outfit worth its salt can easily track where all those calls came-from/went-out-to. Retired US intelligence officers indicate that the March 7th was not carried out as an attack because there were too many armed guards present to keep order, preceding the elections, at that time in that venue. And while this may have been the worst terrorist attack in years, Russia is no stranger to terrorist attacks. And just like we were behind troubles in Georgia, Chechnya, and other locations, the West was almost certainly involved in this attack at least indirectly.

Weapons do not grow on trees. They are expensive, take a long time to produce, and are in short supply because Ukraine did not correctly use those that were given to Ukraine and are now destroyed. If Europe-NATO gives what is left to Ukraine they will also be defenseless (they already are in many respects). This is what caused the tiff between Trump and NATO. Around the time the little green men walked into Crimea in 2014, Germany was only spending 1.3% of GDP for it's military and this with America supporting the 63,000 soldiers and contractors living or stationed in Germany.
