To the narrator in this video: When you're trying to pronounce Spanish names/words there are a few things to be mindful of.
1. Stresses are there for a reason. Visible stresses on written words mean you accent the syllable the stress is on. So, for example, Aron has the stress in the first syllable, while Arón has it on the second one.
2. The combination of the letters GUE or GUI are read as if the U is silent, like what happens with the English word GUESS, GUEST or GUILT. The only way you can read the U in those two combinations is if the U has two dots on top of it (Ü). You can find that in words like PINGÜINO (penguin) or VERGÜENZA (shame, embarrassment).
So, when you try to say the name Miguel or any other word with that, remember this rule.
3. Try and listen to how a native speaker says the words or names. In the case of a show like this that is on a platform that allows you to listen to the original language, you can make the small effort to pay attention to the pronunciation of the names. Audiences that fluently speak that language will be very happy to hear someone takes the time to properly speak their language.
This is also helpful because Spanish has different pronunciations depending on the country. Some countries pronounce the Y as an "i" sound, while others say it as a "sh" sound, so listening to how the show actually says it, sometimes, is very helpful and important.
