The producers were saying that this was the first time they have dedicated a whole show to one guest. That’s amazing. Seeing BTS on American tv is almost like a normal thing now lol. And I love it.
The Bighit commentary video was really good. I love seeing the creative process. I listened to those songs with even more appreciation after that. Could’ve sworn that I heard the gospel choir singing in korean for the song Friends.

I loved hearing the other dancers hype them up at the end.

I feel so sad that Jin has still been saying that he doesn’t think he should dance or that he is bad at dancing. He is so great and I can see how much he has improved, how hard he’s been working to become a better dancer and I’m so proud of him. Kim Seokjin is a amazing dancer and performer.

Agree with everything you said! Watching the documentary also made me emotional. You're right, it's so refreshing to hear positive comments about them from fellow artists. I love how the commentary are from musicians who barely know them/heard of their music but remained open-minded and felt the sincerity behind it. I'm glad that it highlighted BTS' music and how it's driven by the members' passion and sincerity, and as you said, without all the other aspects (like ARMYs). Sometimes I feel like media focus too much on the "crazy" fanbase or the promotion (those things) that they forget/not realize that BTS didn't get this big overnight, that they didn't have this many fans before. And that gaining popularity really wasn't/isn't their priority. They just keep on making music that speaks to all of us and that's how ARMY keeps growing in number. Ah, that was one of the best videos I've watched 💜

I think the best part of the reaction, other than your genuine appreciation, is your view that the timing of this album is perfect because the public is primed and as ready as possible to appreciate the full experience of BTS. For someone who was told no dancing involved. He is awesome. I also love Jimine and Tae high fivin after the leap. The vocals were fabulous. I haven't watched it but I so agree with what you stated. The world, politics, is so going backwards. I'm 65+ and I cannot understand why we are not going more forwards. I love BTS for their ability to draw all colours, cultures and ages together. This is how we should be at this stage in the human life. There is no colour or culture more superior than the other. We need to understand this before certain humans destroy the colour and cultures of the world!! I hope I can watch it soon!!!
BTS, is phenomenal and proved many times that they can carry a show from beginning to end.
Listening to your thoughts, I have started to notice that they are morphing as each other, they are so keyed into one another that they can move and perform as though they are as one in their transitions and vocals!!!

I am so happy to find you. Love to find someone who appreciates dance so much. I took dance for ten years as a child. Enough to develop a little bit of grace but a huge amount of appreciation for the art form. You always stop on the parts that I love and everyone else just glosses over. New subscriber. I was wondering who was dancing with them. It is The Lab dance crew. (So, your comment about being a battle makes sense.) They were in the music video and Grand Central. It was choreographed by a young woman (19 at the time) named Sienna Lalau who is a Lab dance member. She also danced with them. Pretty sure she is in the very center shots of the beginning formation of Grand Central and Kinetic Manifesto.

It's already been a year but I'll just comment😂 when you said "your blood goes to your feet" I felt that once, like I did stomping once and 2-3 times a group dance and It feels like.. ughhhh.. like all the blood is sucked out of your body.. and for the stomping... It was like on every beat of the words (we did on a Bible Verse which had like THE longest verses ever) and we did it for a competition, we made all the moves by ourselves and some inspo from YT. We did win 1st place but.... Oh gosh...😵 We had to recite the verse on beat and there was no mic so it had to be double clear and loud. It's like singing and dancing at the same time... Omg....

Jeff you're right! This was Jimmy Fallon, his show and network putting an exclamation point after BTS' name and their talent undeniable in one go. Simply unfathomable! This is why I am OT7. That move you’re saying is in between beats hits on the lyrics instead and that’s why it works so well. Kinda like how Jimin hits his moves on the high hat during the dance break. It adds so many layers when they can switch where they hit the moves.

BTS did 3 or 4 full takes of this performance; if you notice, there is a clock behind and in Suga's solo, the clock doesn't sync with the rest of the performance. ARMY has said Suga's solo was from take 2, the rest of the performance was from take 3. I can't imagine they managed to do another full take, perhaps they did?? Anyway, crazy props to BTS, no one else does it like them and thank you Jimmy Fallon for setting up a proper stage in NYC for a performance of this song.

This song and all the performances it entails is a whole publicity package for BTS in itself, I'm tellin' ya. It's also like a war cry to announce and claim their rightful position in the global entertainment industry, by telling their naysayers to bring it on, they are ready for anything thrown their way.
