FIX Sabbat E12/X12 Pro Pairing Issue - Re-Pair/Factory Reset Guide

Hello everyone! Finally I’ve got some free time to record and edit another video, although it’s a relatively short one but I’ll take this as a warm up to start uploading weekly again!
Oh and by the way, I hope you’ll never have to do this! 🤣

Here's how it WORKED for me 100%:
-
1. Place back the buds inside the bin & it will flash RED >>> (indication of charging)
2. Press both buttons continuously (4-6 sec) while inside the bin & it will both flash in WHITE-RED-WHITE abruptly >>> (indication that it was reset)
3. Go to your phone's bluetooth setting & you will see now the "Sabbat E12 ULTRA" - Pair with it.

Worked for me after a few attempts, you might have to try more than once. Putting them in the case for a few minutes was key

Hello Kenneth. I followed this procedure primarily because my Sabbat E12 Ultras will not connect with one another. Unfortunately themresuot was the same even after the factory reset. Have you ever run into this issue. I confirmed they do connect, but separately so only left or right will function. Have the issue isolated to the earbuds simply not connecting with one another. Hi Tanaka, im new in your community. I just bought sabbat x12 ultra, im in love with it after one full day used it.
But the fitting in my ear is horrible, already drop it couple of time in one day and uses the earhook solve the problems with create another problem, it cant be place in case when earhook still attach. I dont like the idea how it convenient it will be.
Do you have any solution or recommendation? Like link 3rd party earhook that fit or else

Hi Kenneth. I just got my pair of E12 Ultra. I notice while using both left right earbuds, when i put one earbud into case, the earbud in ear will stop playing for about 5 seconds before reconnecting back automatically. This happens for both left and right side. Is this normal? I thought E12 Ultra should be dual mode as in should not lose connection when either earbud is in case right??? 🤨🤔

I got an e12 ultra cosmos...I'd like to ask if what I encounter is normal or not. When trying to increase the volume from the phone, only the left earbuds has higher volume. Also, when lowering the volume from the phone only the right earbuds is affected.
But using the volume button in the earbuds, there is no problem. Using the volume buttons on my phone, the volumes don't sync with my sabbat earbuds. I dont know if it is intented this way.

Hi Ken, I would just like to ask if there is a way to make the right earbud the main one instead of the left? Sometimes I prefer to use right earbud only, but it doesn't auto-connect to my phone. I tried using them together and putting the left earbud back in the case, which according to the manual should make the right earbud the main. This works for a while but after not using it for half a day or so, I think it automatically sets the left earbud as the main one again as the right earbud wont auto connect to my phone again.

Hi, just wondering, i have 2 sets of sabbath earphones.
Incidentally one pair has a broken right bud, the other has broken left bud,

So my sabbat e12s have not been working for a while now (I had them for about a year). First off, they don't auto turn on when I take them out of the case anymore, and the earbuds dont auto pair to each other. Do you know what could be causing this?

Great video as always Kenneth. Sadly, after following each and every step for numerous times, mine still won't connect with each other. 😢 When I turn on both earbuds (while in ear), I dont hear "device connected" (meaning they don't pair with each other). Also, even when both earbuds are in pairing mode, only the right earbud (Sabbat E12-R) can be detected via bluetooth. Left earbud (Sabbat E12) can't be detected. Is there any other way to fix this? I don't want my $48 go to waste 😭😭😭

Hi. Any tips on my problem. I'm experiencing connection problems where my x12 ultra buds randomly connects to my phone even after a while been inserted in its charging case. Also sometimes it doesn't automatically connect with my phone. It's a hit and miss scenarios sometimes. I already tried resetting and re-pairing it with my phone. I wonder if I have a defective unit.

What about if my right earbud has a steady dim white light even if you put it in the case? i can only pair my Left earpiece, been doing a lot of troubleshooting steps but to no avail it still doesn't work. it's my first day using my sabbat e12 ultra.

hi, Kenneth. new subscriber here. i just got my pair of sabbat e12 and was so thrilled to getting to use it. but apparently the right earbud won't turn on at all. the light on the right earbud is on when it's charging in the case, but once it's out of the case, it doeswshow any signal of it working. i've tried the factory reset you showed in this video, but it's still not working for me. is there any tips you might have for me? or should i ask for a different pair from the seller?
