Maybe it's just me but y'all know who never gets love though,....THE CAMERA MAN! The zooms be on point to catch the expressions to the fullest. It's almost like the characters see it and accentuate the expressions portrayed. Then he zooms out and the scene picks back up at speed once everyone is in frame again.

People who accumulate wealth, like rappers but also other celebrities, often take pride in the community they came from and its part of their identity, so they want to demonstrate it. No one is relying on them to solve any sort of problems, but for the ones that do want to show love, at least do it in the many other alternative ways that actually could help, not in a way that ends up doing more damage to their community. That's the whole thing this skit is poking fun at.
