I feel like Jun is not getting enough recognition. He pitched the balls perfectly. He did a great job. His improvement throughout the game was evidently visible.

No matter how many times I watch this (and by many I mean MANY lmao), Mingyu turned the game around. Mingyu was and still is amazing at almost everything. He's just a big softie so he often let the other members have their way. I don't think anyone would disagree when I say he is a total package.

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate Seokmin's kind heart. Whenever a member makes a mistake or when something doesn't go that great he's just like: ''It's okay, you're doing great''. He is such a kind and caring person. He's such a good friend, supporter and human being. I love this about him :))

Dk is one humble person. He never takes compliments without complimenting the other person in return. He shines but never behaves like the star. Such a gem❤

The way DK just casually said to Hoshi the facts that he can do well because it was Hoshi that was by his side... it was just heartwarming...I mean we all know how much Hoshi felt like he was lacking in sports..

I just love the chemistry between the '97 liners. Mingyu being the strength, Dk being the cheerleader and The8 being the brave one to speak for everyone. Vernon's team is undoubtedly weak at first but they managed to turn the tables. I'm so proud on their team also their teamwork is so good. I hope they're going to recreate this one and play soccer instead. I love it when they're playing sports because I can see that they're really enjoying it❤❤

I think we can all agree Seungkwan did really amazing in this game. Him & Dino were the MVP!

Everytime DK catches the ball and Mingyu runs to home base gives me more reason why these two should be my bias

Mingyu had the best players with good physical characteristics and sporting qualities. He and DK are always athletes, Vernon is fast and skilled at soccer, Jun and Hoshi are fast. And the most important thing is that they don't get tired easily, they have good battery life. Here intelligence had to be combined with the athlete.

Coming back to watch this again after some time made me realize they were all deserving of the MVP title.
Joshua, Hoshi and Wonwoo - trying their hardest even though sports arent their strong points.
Jun and Scoups - taking the high pressure roll of the pitcher and doing it well
Jeonghan and Woozi - guiding their team, making plays and supporting the team
Vernon - being a solid and encouraging leader Seungkwan and Mingyu - pure athleticism and ace moments
Dk - another ace and supportive angel
Dino - kicking the impossible water ball and bringing laughter
Minghao - coming out to participate even though he's injured and probably could've stayed home. Also for being the cutest umpire lol

The8's screentime only consisted of him laughing, smiling, saying limited words like ball/foul/strike but the members still makes sure that he gets to be seen or heard, that his decision also matters even if he sits out of the game. seventeen is a real family. ❤️😭

Rewatching this for the 9999x and I still can't stop admiring Team Vernon for being such a supportive team! Plus, Vernon as a captain, he always praises and encourages his members no matter what. What a positive team!

There's something so satisfying about watching the maknae team win despite having almost all odds against them. They were fighting head to head with the more competitive and generally more athletic members plus the amount of unfair umpire calls (not blaming anyone btw, just pointing out the coincidence). I really admire Vernon's team for being so positive, encouraging, and being a good sport to each other!

I adore Vernon's team. The way they were miles behind last episode, but they turned it around. Also, they kept supporting and cheering each other up. It was so nice to watch 💙

If ever Seventeen come and compete in ISAC again (if it ever possible), I'd like to watch DK as their commentator. Since his voice is great anytime he comments on someone. He's always so supportive too. I wish I can see DK comes and meet trainer/junior idols and encourage them, just like when performance team met I-land trainees.

Team Vernon is such a positive, kind and encouraging team. I think him being an encouraging captain really helps his team a lot, (Always praise his members, and let the mistakes slide effortlessly) along with Mingyu’s sport skill, Dk and his kind loving attitude towards his members, Chan’s strong will, Junnie’s effort, not to mention about HOSHI’s DINOSAUR CUSTOM 😆 He was so fast and amazing! 💕💗

This is one of my most favorite episodes of going seventeen. We all know that they are great singers/rappers and performers but believe me their RELATIONSHIP/BOND is on another level too. The way they cheer, support and comfort each other really melts my heart 😭❤

So so so happy that vernon's team won against all the odds. Felt really bad that how there was a bit of unfair play and tactics against them yet they won.. No matter how smart your opponent is if you ha e a strong will you are bound to win. Loved the way jun pitched and dino, dk, mingyu performed❤

For me, this wasn't just a simple game, this episode just shows how sportmanship should look like and how they are with each other as a family not just a group. I love how they compliment each other may it be a member from the opposing team. Anyways, congratulations Team 삼성동갈치발야구!!!!

I was the one who was most happy with this Vernon's team victory, no matter how weak Vernon's team was in the beginning, I supported them from beginning to end..specially bcz of DK..He is the only one I noticed worked very hard to cheer the members and he is the big strength for the team...
* Honestly the only reason for this win is, DK's encouragement, support, strength and cheer the members...The beginning failed but in the end it was won bcz of DK's cheer and relentless effort..

ARE WE NOT GOING TO TALK ABOUT HOW DK KILLED IT??? he helped lead the team and caught so many of those kicks at one point he threw out the whole opposing team all on his own wtf that’s hot sir

it's so endearing how vernon's team keep on consoling and encouraging jun up, jun was so hesitant and lacked confidence but he played really well, he was pitcher for almost all their defensive innings and that says something
mingyu literally saved his team here, in more ways than one, he didn't just scored runs, he guided them to win
dk is such an angel, not losing his signature smile and optimism, he also played really well and is their team's most reliable defense, even matching seungkwan who is the best defender

This was such an enjoyable game of kickball. I was rooting for Dokyeom's team since he's my bias but in all honestly, everyone did amazing! Could really see the amount of teamwork and friendship they have with one another❤
Plus using the items in between was a genius idea. I was laughing throughout, esp with the water ball and them running/waddling with flippers😂

In this ep, u can clearly see whose team is good with defense and offense. I really like how Vernon's team found their rhythm after a few innings, and when everyone in the team was good at kicking the ball high and powerful. Let's also applaud to jeonghan's team with their defenses, especially seungkwan, u can really see how determine he is in catching the ball. BUT WHAT REALLY AMAZES ME IN THIS EP IS THAT U CAN REALLY SEE HOW THEY VALUE SPORTSMANSHIP AND IN GIVING US A GOOD SHOW. THIS GROUP IS REALLY WORTH TO LOOK UP TO
