Caramel
90g sugar
20g water
40g water
Pudding
360g milk
60g sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
3g vanilla extract
Castella
2 eggs
50g sugar
50g Cake flour (Or All Purpose Flour)
20g milk
cooking oil 15g
#cake #custard #castella

Just made this recipe a while ago..it's awesome! The pudding is very fine, no bubbles. The castella cake is also delicious, you can taste the richness of egg. However, my only suggestion is to cook it a bit longer and refrigerate it so that the pudding will set more stable. Thanks for sharing the recipe! 💕💕💕

안녕하세요 어제 만들어보았는데요 질문이있습니다!
어제 저녁 8시쯤 만들어서 실온 보관하고
오늘 아침 9시쯤 먹었는데 여전히 맛있었습니다 :)
저는 설탕 시럽부분이 이미 딱딱하게 굳었더라구요
다음날 먹으면 원래 그런것인지 아니면 제가 조리를 잘 못 했는지 궁금합니다
