-Bighit acquired Pledis
-Bighit named it Bighit Labels for there other family company which are SOURCE MUSIC and PLEDIS
-The groups like Gfriend, Seventeen, and Nu'est are still under there respective company
-The said companys are still independent, meaning they are still free to do what everything they wanted to do.
-If they want to consult to Bang PD Nim then they can.
-About the amount of dislike, ignore it. Remember Gfriend are the first to acquired so meaning they gained a lot of hate before and Buddy's need defend them for all those.
-Don't blame the dislike for specific fandom. Bighit or Bighit Labels are struggling with those kind of hate since then because a lot of people hated BTS because of their nonsense argument.

For those Armies and Moa wondering”who tf are these boys, why tf are they here?” Well they’re technically a cousin to BTS and TXT now.
Here is a brief summary of Seventeen:
Seventeen debuted on May 26,2015. This group had 17 people training to be in the final lineup. The group now has 13 talented and visual kings. The group is called seventeen as the group consists of 13 members, 3 subunits, and all together still a group, 13+3+1=17, making the group name Seventeen. The leader of the group, Seungchol, or also known as S.Coups was suppose to be debuted in Nu’est, but got held back to debut with Seventeen. The maknae of the group is Dino, known to be Jeonghans aegi(baby) until he turns 30. There is 3 foreigners in Seventeen. 1 of them is from the U.S(Joshua). The other 2 is from China(Jun, and The8). The 3 subunits in Seventeen is Hiphop, Performance, and Vocal. The Hiphop team which is the team that raps consists of the leader S.Coups, Vernon, Wonwoo and Mingyu. The Performance team is the team that dances the best which consists of the leader, Hoshi, Jun, The8, and Dino(although each member dances beautifully). Lastly, the final subunit is the Vocal unit. This unit consists of the leader Woozi, Jeonghan, DK, Seungkwan, and Joshua.Altogether these 13 boys unite and form one of the best kpop groups in history. The group is self-produced. The main producer is Woozi, he writes most of Seventeen songs with the help of the other members and Bumzu. Then there is Hoshi who help choreograph most of Seventeen’s dance. As a MOARMY who also loves SEVENTEEN, I don't really mind which company they belong to. What matters to me is that they're all properly taken care of and have access to resources that will allow them to shine brighter! And so far, I think BH has been able to do that for its 2 groups. SEVENTEEN is such a gem and I truly cannot wait to see what else they have in store for us!

So it’s financial to some extent but svt already makes a lot of money from their sales so it’s not like they are struggling. Bighit has a lot of connections which could make svt have easier access for global promotions. Anyways, I hope you can tell other carats that the music videos for svt will be posted on Bighit channel. Cuz I don’t want to be struggling for views when svt has their comeback.

I'm an army I just found out about seventeen this quarantine. I got to know them thru some of their variety shows "One fine day" was very hilarious and funny Kwon Hoshi is on fire at that time. One fine day in Japan is adventurous and fun even their Knowing bros, Idol room, and weekly Idol etc. I feel so connected to them and I'll surely keep on supporting these boys.

KCarats mostly agree that this is not like the last time. Previously, Carats didn't like the idea of merging because Seventeen had the most number of subscribers amongst the Pledis artists. But now they acknowledge that it's actually going to be beneficial for Seventeen.
We all know Pledis has not done the best to promote their artists. BH is there to expand Seventeen's reach and help them market to more people. This is an opportunity for them to broaden their exposure and introduce them to more people who can appreciate their music.

Despite my reservations on the future (based on the fear of the unknown), I'm happy that BigHit saw the value and potential of Seventeen and knew they're a good investment. I started out as a BTS fan before becoming a Seventeen fan and it'll be an adjustment to see their songs uploaded on this channel, but I do see the benefits. I'm glad Korean fans see them too.
