I knew he was going to get into Krishna Consciousness. I remember years ago he posted a song of Jahnavi Harrison (Hare Krishna). He said it was beautiful, and for someone to have a taste for the Lord’s name, he was bound to get into Krishna Consciousness. Fun fact here, Lord Krishna says in the BG that after millions and millions of birth a rare soul becomes his devotee. Glories to the Lord.

2:22 That is not a nervous tick it is to calm you down. Some call it compulsive but it is also to help with OCD I think. Its good for when your anxious. Maybe youre not yet thinking big enough. Its also good for your hand eye co ordination and or your tentacles. Like you know how octopus have nerve ending on there tentacles and so they can use there legs with much more dexterity. Yeah. Youre strengthening youre nerve endings. Especially in your extremeities. Which is good cause those are the first to go loose blood fall off in come even. You wanna move them around get the blood flowing. Also Its good to start learning how to pick some thing up with your feet. Or just use your feet for stuff. Like pick a shirt off the floor, floor the toilet, etc. But either way its good for dexterity. Think coding think working with your hands. Some is hand eye co ordination. Others is hand mind coordination. Its not a tick. Its your mind working. Training your body. Keeping you in shape. Thats your genetic code in play keeping you alive.
