Rosa was one of the most broken brawlers ever but now I think she is pretty fair after the massive nerf
If Rosa is nerfed again she will be a low tier character, they nerfed her like a month ago, I have a level 7 Rosa and even with solid strategy I still get pummeled, Rosa is no longer my main and definitely won’t be if she gets nerfed..
