REAL TALK: Meditate, channel inside your mind, open any mental doors, conquer all fear, listen to your body, not just your brain and heart, your body tells you what it needs and wants. Learning so much about myself, I can sense something wrong with me before it happens and when I fight invaders like disease oita easier to fight with diet and exercise and sun bathing and sweating than going to the store taking medicine. I can't say the same about getting shot or stabbed, but just about self awareness, not karma.
