Mindfulness & meditation seems the next step in my healing journey. But I struggle with difficult things & sitting with my thoughts & pain are extremely difficult. Thank God for prayer though. My aunt prayed for me yesterday & the physical lethargy I've had for 3wks just melted away & the only tears I've shed so far today were joyful. I pray we all seek God/YHWH for true healing of our traumas. 🥰

Vipassana is good. Learn to observe all your thoughts, good and bad, and just let them pass. The real you is underneath all that mental noise that was condotioned by your lifelong experiences and your reactions to them within society.
