I love when you do Sims Build Challenges! You should do the Black and White Build challenge where you make your screen black and white and just go for it, and then see how it turns out in colour at the end!!
Can we just take a moment to be grateful for Kelsey for taking her time to build? Otherwise there wouldn't have been 3 parts of this masterpiece! I love it :D

Has anybody done a “I made a house based on a holiday or I made a house with each room being a different holiday?” I feel like it’d be fun if they did a build based on a holiday or season
There isn't enough for each holiday you'd only really be able to do like 4 rooms
There is someone who has done a house where EVERY ROOM is a kitchen, but different themed kitchens...
Simlicy has done different season builds
simsav has a "mystical mothermood" challenge and its similar to this when she builds the themed rooms for the kids. You might like it.

Am I the only one that noticed that the plants she put by the backyard stairs are from Jungle Adventure? I think her outrage at the stairs not connecting distracted her from the pack symbols 😂😂 Other than that the seasons pack turned out great for her!

Can you do next every room is a different color challenge?
building hack to your question about your chairs and choosing what angle if you go to your camera mode and use sims 3 camera and then press alt and hold the item move you mouse around and it can go in any direction :) like using alt to put a item anywhere on the grid this helps with spinning it in any direction :)

I took several screen shots of the bathroom and the master bedroom . When i make money to have a house ( in real life) I'm gonna do same with my house . It's like my dream.
I was waiting for this Hollywood screenwriter to have a roller rink in the backyard. Just saying. Otherwise, impressed watching Kelsey's build skills improve since part one.

This is just like every house sims for me. Always make each room different in colors and theme the floor and wall. Because for me it's boring if the colors are monotone. The exterior though always the same material or colors. But interior I prefer different walls and floors to make it more colorful. Though I still choose the correct color and material so it won't look ugly or hurting my eyes
