Having lived in Birmingham for years I can't begin to explain the mix of joy at hearing the boys mention my city, and horror at their attempts at the Brummie accent.

Hey Shane - I can't speak for what it's like to experience a Tornado, never have. But it's awesome that you get a heads-up with them. I live in an active earthquake area (New Zealand), to the point where my city was experiencing them everyday, if not weekly, for a few years (I'm in Christchurch).
It's pretty darn scary to be sitting there and suddenly everything starts shaking, and you're just waiting to see whether it amps up and gets worse
