I feel bad for the ones who had to *stand* for *that long*
I was thinking that too! And have to listen to the same stories over and over
If you’re in the military you stand for much much longer
TheOdd1IsThe In well sure in my retail job at petco I stood longer, but it still sucks haha
Classic Luna
also for the viewers who have to listen to them tell their stories 3x. i think they could make this series better by cutting some parts off
I could tell the girl was lying about her Uncle from the beginning. Mixing up ages, relationships, locations, etc.
samantharosee _xx she also said “I think” like that’s not something you can remember
Same. For me it was the tone and the way she told the story
SHE SAID SHE WAS SEVEN FUCKTARD OF COURSE SHE WOULDNT REMEMBER
nono sings ... Are you okay at home? Like seriously?
And she gave too many small important details like that her aunt and uncle were related through marriage, that breakfast was pancakes and stuff like that
The woman said she thinks it was winter then said she thinks it was during spring break...
Some places do Spring Break in March. It can still be cold then.
In PA spring break is in winter
She also said it was her dad's brother and then said his wife was his sister
@@lilumarchasin3119 I think she said they were related by blood not married
She also said it was her Dad’s brother but also said that her aunt was his Dad’s sister
The biggest tell that it was Dan was his reaction while standing at the back wall. He was definitely feeling worse the more he had to tell his story and listen to the other two lie.
Yeh, I feel bad for him
@@eb7252 same😕
The biggest tell that it was dan was the message at the start of the video
I recommend *Hackjamal1* worldbest hacker on Instagram he can hack and recover all Social Media account an +1(940) 242-7397 on text
The best part was the look on the private investigators face when the psychic gives her excuse
21:13
She almost never gets them right and makes up excuses like, “I asked the right questions to the wrong person 🤣”
Not a true psychic
Franisthebest 123 this is no true psychic
Franisthebest 123 there*
Dan looked very distressed while the others tell their stories, he was literally hugging himself for comfort
Is it Lilly? Or Lily?
@@ezmeraldabeltran8435 whut? why?
Lily Beltran Why not?
Even in the background hes there looking around he looks almost scared to be there
He looks so annoyed like these people are lying and he's actually traumatized
They give it away with the warning at the beginning.
Lol yeah.
well the scene described didn't have to be real, but still could be sensitive for some people
@@GreenTea_98 yeah, but they could apply the warning to any of the stories. They each could be traumatic, real or not. Only giving a warning for the police shooting just gives it away.
I honestly didn’t read it lol
Phlimbob I didn’t really notice lol
The reason why the PI took so long is because he’s a professional and as a professional interrogator, you don’t need to think about things like how long it’s taking, the one and only goal is to find out the truth, wether it takes 10 minutes or 10 hours.
THANK YOU!!!!
Milø that and I noticed he gives the person he’s talking to a lot of time for a question and it almost always ends up with them saying a lot more detail
TRUE!
Yeah, that's why I like him. He ask all the background stories, deeper details and he is just like asking questions simple and chill but the the person didn't know he was investigating the body language etc.
yep. when my dad shot himself, they questioned my mom for 6 hours
The woman was such a bad liar lol
BritishSFO no
OsakaRose no.
Mexican_WBC yes.
Genevieve Van no
Yes. She kept laughing in between. It's a strong indicator of lying.
100% thought it was Nate. His body language, story, and he got red while talking about it. He seemed so real, I feel betrayed lol
Kellie Grace if he didn’t have inconsistencies i would have thought him too lol
The scenario he gave was too generic and just didnt do it for me lol
@@Pixelporygon yes! I was convinced it was him until he went from a minute or two on the trial to five minutes! Dan on the other hand as he kept telling the story I could tell he was getting more affected by recounting the story.
Probably was read cause he's bad at lying lol
Nervous body language gave it away for me
This woman is trying to trick a private investigator while laughing about her uncles "death" lol
fernanda fuentes well i mean, some people’s coping mechanism is laughing, they can’t really control it. Maybe not specifically this case but it’s quite common that something bad happens to someone, the adrenaline makes them laugh
I just assumed it was cause she's insecure. I am a bad person lol
all of them were laughing
At my brothers funeral I was laughing the most, not because it was funny but because I just couldn't help it
I thought she was telling the truth because she smirked so much. I personally tend to do that when I talk about traumatic events, I can’t help it and I didn’t even realized this coping mechanism it until someone once told me it makes me look shady
The fact that the regular dude figured it out in a quarter of the time with half the questions...give that man a job 👏🏻
Edit: PLEASE omg I’m not being literal this is not to disrespect the PI or anything you don’t need to argue under this 😭
I mean, a lot of the PIs questions were to gage response to questions they have no reason to lie about. Name/age/location now and then
joonie tunes he could've just changed his answer to the investigator's
@@bellajaid those questions are general leading questions to ease the anxiety
He also had a 1 in 3 chance to just get lucky, not bad odds
That was just one case my guy
I like how the private investigator asked her how old she was when her uncle died at the beginning and then again later to make sure she had a straight story
Why are the other 2 just standing in the background. I feel uncomfortable.
Imagine how they felt
Id feel uncomfortable if i was them
I know huh😂
Thats weird
Its a line-up, all suspects have to be visible
Of course the psychic immediately blames someone else for why she guessed wrong
Susannah Carhart Lol no she didn’t blame anyone but herself. She said she didn’t get a feel of the right details, and she was honest with her mistakes.
@@crabulous113 she immediately made excuses about why she was wrong. rather than admitting she isnt actually psychic.
Chris Tiu but she’s a fuckin psychic if she was real she should have gotten it
@@wyattjenkinson450 no necessarily a psychics job isn't to go to people and tell who's lying or not. She may be a professional psychic that just got something wrong. Half their job is what their gut is telling them. That's like taking a PI and telling them to go talk to people about spirits and stuff like that.
@@emmaleek2564 Dude a psychic liteeeeeraaly has the ability to "sense" with the mind. If she can't figure out something this simple, she's def fake.
It was easy to guess when you looked at them standing in the back line. Dan was just staring out into space the whole time reliving the moment.
Kind horrible tbh.
I knew it was Dan immediately because I was there! I couldn’t believe it when he started telling the story! If this is the same situation, which is HAS to be, the guy had been release from incarceration that day, robbed a gas station and then made his way to the turnpike. He did have a weapon and the police were called because he was aiming his gun at cars. We didn’t see the body, it must have been on the other side of the road, but it was a really sad situation and super scary to be in traffic.
I shouldn’t have gone into the the comments section before watching the entire video...
Holy heck wow
Zoie Hendricks it’s not the same situation. Dan said he didn’t have a weapon, and he saw the body while driving sooo. He also didn’t say he was aiming his gun at cars

“Hello! I’m a professional bullshitter and I’m here today to compete against...”
I feel like they could of cut this video a lot shorter? We’re listening to everyone’s stories over and over again,,
Clover Craft i helped if you were also trying to guess because there were story inconsistencies
Clover Craft they told it slightly different each time and it helps to look for plot holes
I agree! Buuuuut I personally appreciated it because I was able to see the different types of questions/approaches used and the different recollections of the events based on who they were talking to which was kind of interesting
i agree that it should be cut a little but i think you need to keep some of it to spot inconsistencies and also their answers to the questions
Clover Craft // I like this because it serves the purpose of keeping in all of the information for those who are interested, and letting those who aren't skip
If she was really psychic, why would she even need to as questions?
barlee89 exactly
A lot of times that’s not how psychics work
she claims to be psychic not omniscient
Roo Kazoo explain why she is any different to the regular dude. If she couldn’t find a liar in an hour while getting 1 on 1 time than she is worse than an average dude.
Ashley Mackrell explain how they do then?
You could really tell Nate is in Hollywood for acting, he was laying it on so thick 😂😂😂
Nate is a good actor tho he almost got me
He’s so good! But I knew it wasn’t Nate because he said the police just got his contact info and let him go. When you’re the sole witness wouldn’t they ask you to record a statement or some kind of report?
I knew it was Dan as soon as he said it was a police shooting since they warned us about it at the beginning of the video...
Nate seemed like a broody CSI show suspect
Noo he is trash she asked him: what did it smell lik. My man said water. And water doesn't smell😶
Angelo Boss Dude have you ever been outside after it’s been raining. You can smell that it’s wet
I like how the PI is so frustrated whenever the psychic talks

I loved that so much
I’m floored that the normal guy spent 12mins and was the only one who was sure and right
The PI was also sure and right? Lmao
psychics are scammers
and private investigators take their time to make sure that they're 100% sure they're correct. Rushing interrogations would mean a lower success rate

Uhmm, the PI?

Well this guy is from Florida so that's the end of the video, isn't it?
Sorry I couldn't understand lol
Hello, professional Florida man here to say that this is a fact
LMAO as a Floridian, this comment gave me a good laugh so thank you
Yeah, when Dan said he was from Florida I just straight up said "isn't chaos normal in Florida?" And then it was
Okay, so I'm not the only person who immediately thought this.
Nate's was kind of a story that happens a lot - runners find the bodies of homeless people. So gut wrenching.
Actually, it's kind of a cliché, which is why I didn't think it was him. It's usually someone that you know.
That guy nate was good but he had a big tell, he kept blushing LOL his cheek kept getting redder and redder as he was talking
LOL yes! and cause of death was hypothermia.. how tho in LA
@@rui_mas In LA during January the average temp can be 67-46 F/19-8 C, i can imagine it's colder at night so it's plausible for someone get hypothermia if they can't move

That doesnt mean anything, i always blush too when im on the spot and not lying
some people thought of it as him getting worked up
It’s very interesting to see the inconsistencies in their stories, and how they change the story slightly each time it’s told
Morgan Antoinette it’s how memories are with people. Everytime you recall a memory you distort it a little unconsciously
as soon as the "psychic" asked their names, I was like "yeah, great job so far"
-Psychic was wrong-
"Oh, it's only because I didn't get a good enough reaction of his girlfriend and didn't ask about the smell of the roof of the car and also where the sun was positioned that day"
Yeah okay man.
Also, you're psychic, so why do you even _have_ to ask questions? Presumably, you'd already know.
@@BenoHourglass They'd counter with "I'M AFRAID IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY" Yeah, of course it doesn't.
@Kevin Wendell Crumb I would have just as much chance of guessing as her. She's not a psychic, she's just a regular person looking to cold read, watching for body language and reactions. It's a parlor trick that people have been using for about ever now. The only one with any credibility is the trained detective.
Hannybee u are right. I am a psychic (not professionally just naturally) and it actually works that way. I knew straight away. It's actually just very very hight trained intuition to sense others energy.
Actually the questions irritate a psychic if it's just a yes or no question like that bc then she has her rational thoughts who don't go with the intuition so often
The psychic's immediate mistake was asking Dan to unclasp his hands. That position is a protective, coping maneuver that should have been an immediate clue.
everyone’s asking for ryan and shane but honestly this is some quality content
yes but ryan and shane are queens
It would be even vetter with ryan and shand XD
I came across this and didn't realize it was still unsolved Network these people should make more series
not a diamond like ryan and shane, but at least a gold.
high quality, extremely knowledgeable entertainment, I'm not complaining
I love seeing a so called psychic losing to an actual detective AND some random guy
The "psychic" made me REALLY uncomfortable, like seriously, the dude can't cross his arms?
That DEFINITELY irked me seeing as crossing your arms is a form of defense and self-soothing and Dan was obviously uncomfortable with re-living that memory
She was also smiling non-stop while everyone was telling their stories. She had no respect or empathy...
why wont y'all understand Shane and Ryan ONLY do unsolved
if it doesn't say unsolved don't say you got your hopes up
They're in other videos all the time though. There's been plenty of times I've been like Oh cool, Shane and Ryan are in this one.
Why haven't any of the latest videos been unsolved episodes tho, are they on hiatus or something?
they just had a season finally.
Calimariyum Because there haven’t been any recent unsolved episodes??? How can they be in them when there aren’t any?

So basically, a regular person like this could give you a good impression on who would be lying, but if you need to be absolutely sure, you need an investigator.
...also just don't hire psychics. You can hang with them but don't put important decisions on them.
pretty much ye
The girl changed her story a couple of times and Nate’s didn’t make sense. He said the guy was missing for 2 days and yet his body was 5 minutes down the trail.
Hot Take, Babe good point, they would've found him way faster if he was that close to the beginning of the trail 😂
Hot Take, Babe Nate was actually quite a good actor and a whole lot better than the girl
Katie Lynn his acting was good, but his story wasn’t very believable
Hot Take, Babe I think the timing was a bit far fetched but stories of runners finding suicide victims or people dying of hypothermia is somewhat common though definitely more common at night
you would be surprised, some people go missing not far from where they started and are never found.
The lady is such a bad liar lmaoo
Wow, Dan was actually the one i didnt believe the most. 💀 i thought Nate was telling the truth.

Man, I thought it was Nate for sure. He seemed really believable as far as his details of interacting with the police. And Dan’s story seemed like he kept getting confused on if he was coming from or going to Miami. I was confused by it anyway.
Definitely interesting to hear the discrepancies in the details after being told over and over.
Wait, where’s logan paul?

That would've been too obvious
I thought it was Dan because initially he said, "I haven't told this story to many people..." and I thought that was an extremely personal sort of disclaimer and a bit too clever for a liar. And then he said that, "They don't cover the body like you'd think they would," and I don't think someone trying to weave a believable story would not give such a casual/opinionated statement
Dan was the most calm, consistent and when the other two laughed, he didn't. surprised that the psychic got it wrong, even if they're scammers, they're supposed to be good at reading people to be successful "psychics"
I'm crying laughing at the fact that an average person knew better than a "psychic" lmaoooooooo that woman was basing this off nothing 😂

I would like your comment but it’s at 69z
Me . I love them but im not a hater
Shane and ryan make some amazing content tho
I love how the PI asked for specific details because you get traumatic experiences ingrained in your mind, probing for details missing or changed
What's interesting is that you could tell right away just by looking at them - there's one thing we do when we lie that we just don't realize,, and I don't think it's possible to just sort of abandon this behaviour without any special training. It's a thing we do subconsciously, a thing we just don't have control over without knowing.
Just look at their eyes. When we tell lies, we tend to look *right and up* - it's where we look to visually construe things - same for the *right side* which is for all the auditory stuff. That's what the woman did the most - her eyes were twitching to the right side all the time; once you know it, it's really so obvious.
However, and that's why I knew it had to be Dan from the beginning, if you look at the *left* upper side and the left side, that's when you recall and remember *true memories* . So next time you're unsure whether someone's telling the truth or not, just remember:
Every direction we look in has a meaning.
Wow thanks
S.c Shadowtower that’s what I was looking at too.
That makes sense but scientist and even a former fbi agent says to not rely on this as much and to actually observe their normal behavior more. Because sometimes there are just other ways ppl behave. One example of this is even an anxious or introverted person. They would probably divert their eyes from you as they don't like looking straight at the ppl they're talking to unless they're really comfortable with them.

Maybe at the end of each season, Ryan and Shane should announce that ending a season means there will be a season break, and how that means there won't be episodes, and that for algorithm* reasons, they have to keep uploading videos on this channel. And like, maybe that clip could be posted as its own video half way through the season break, to calm some people down.

Guessed dan correctly too! It’s usually the uncommon and somewhat crazy stories that are real bc I find that the lie stories are always things that happen commonly in order to seem more real and have less details so they don’t mess up their story
I knew almost immediately. He was the only one confident in his story, and there were so many details that he was sure of. He didn't repeat, "I think," like the other ones, and the way he looked at everyone else during their interrogations vs how everyone else looked straight ahead. Also their body language throughout the entire thing, including the cadence of their voices. I don't know; there seemed to be so many tells.
