You would have to be a third of the way to the moon to see the curve. One hell of a jump for sure and I would never do it but ya, most people have no real idea about anything anymore because they don't read books and never really do the research to really know about something. Most people these days just want likes for their comments on youtube because they think that matters more than gaining actual knowledge.
"sometimes, you have to be really high to understand how small you are" that gave me chills
Uh,That can be taken weird ways.
@@awotsett8343 why did you make think the way that I didn't think of
*cause I’m a homegrown Canadian-idiot*
This was an attempt to sound intelligent and profound like they did during the moon landing but these words are fucking retarded. He might as well say "when you get in water your wet" for all the insight it holds.
It gives me chill just thinking how far down It is and me accidentally slipped off the step

those first 20 seconds of free fall must have been the most peaceful and simultaneously stressful moments of his life.
His heartrate was at 180bpm- he was terrified, physiologically speaking. Though I don't know if terror can take away from the sheer majesty of seeing something like that.
@@gregoryborton6598 Holy shit is heartrate reaches 194 right around the moment he says hes in a voilent spin. He was fucking terrified indeed and rightly so
I don’t think you realize how fast he was going
I think he passed out and then came too as got into the atmosphere. Freakin crazy.
If he had for some reason failed to pull that parachute strap he would be mush now.
Salute this man 🙏
Felix: "You broke the sound barrier in an aircraft? Hold my Red Bull."

Man: Feels like i have to pass out
Everyone: *clapping*
I think they were clapping because that was the samish time he leveled out and was able to gain the control needed to bring the G force to a manageable level.
@Adrian Stevanović anytime, lieutenant asshole. No need to get all butthurt cause I explained something.
I was already wondering if they could pull that chute remotely. Because I thought he would pass out...
Adrian Stevanović yes, yes you are.
