Montrelldemet I heard a guy that works for a country website say she’s more of a singles artist,not an album artist.I do love that she had more of a hand in this album than she did her past albums & took more of an interest in her songwriting & I do love that she co produced it,but I just feel that this isn’t her best album,not by a long shot.Maybe I was just expecting more from her with her new music.Given the events of her own life the past year,it makes sense why this album was more personal to her.You can truly feel the pain & heartache that she went through while recording this album,especially on Low which she said reflected her life this past year.Some parts of this album almost feel one dimensional especially on Backsliding & That Song We Used To Make Love To because none of those reflect her personal life or her life in general.I think the Grammy voters go for people & albums that still sound like the genre that they came from while exploring different facets of their sound which she has done.Its just not a cohesive body of work & the voters want a cohesive body of work & this just isn’t it.I feel that the Album of the year nomination will go to Kacey Musgraves because I’ve nothing but good things about her album.

Every song she writes or sings tells a story and I can always relate to each of them in personal way.
I will always be a fan of Carrie Underwood and she was blessed with such a gorgeous voice like an angel and an amazing artist and song writer. She's a good mother to her two sons, a great wife to her husband. She juggles her career and still always and i mean always makes time for her family as well always. I wonder if her and Mike are going to try for a little girl. They have 2 adorable sons and i guess in time we will know lol, either way she has a beautiful family. God Bless to Carrie Underwood and her family, friends and her fans.

I've backslide many times self harm related.. but because of carrie underwood I picked myself back up again and continued my fight against PTSD and anxiety

I hope you stay strong and remember don't go back to what broke you, just take one day at a time and move forward because we're all human and we all have issues no matter who it is, and even the stars and artists it would surprise so many that hide it well and i don't blame them because they want they're privacy just like the next person and they're always put in the spotlight and when rumors spread they spread like wildfire. What Carrie does and her family is personal and she will let you know that she's not perfect because we're all human , but she's lived and learned like us all. She is a very classy lady and a great inspiration for alot of people and her fans that's for sure. A small town girl from Oklahoma who made her dreams come true and I'm happy for her because she does what she does best and so extremely talented, a voice i could listen to and never get tired of it because it's soothing and calming and a breathe of fresh air. Keep up the good work Carrie we love you in Florida. I absolutely love her song Southbound. She has her family and friends in the music video and she is just as so down to earth with a good heart.

The story in this song is just like 'Relapse' from Storyteller! Also like 'Wine After Whiskey' from Blown Away. I love that she puts these kinds of relatable songs out here about how difficult it is to move on from such a great love experience, so we keep falling into the same hole again and again, 'Backsliding'~~
