I think you're asking why manslaughter and accidents involving an unborn child's death is considered the same as killing a person while abortion is not?
If it is I can answer that. It's because of the mothers consent. In the accident or manslaughter of the mother, the unborn is considered an extra life charge because the court will assume the mother had full intentions to carry out her pregnancy by default. This basically boils down to the life status of the fetus is all determined by the mother, since she is the only one who can speak on the behalf of herself and the fetus.
