    A Mourinho team doesnt get eliminated like that. This is not his team, he is just "there" like he said... Is like when the teacher tells things how they are to the students, but they just say yeah whatever and do whatever they want.... But then this would mean Mou is losing some attributes, wherever he has been he has implanted discipline and respect....hard to understand whats going on...maybe he is not that hungry anymore....

I feel like the modern footballer is VERY different than the type of players that played the game 15 years ago. These players get paid a tonne more than what players used to and are nowhere near as good.

The majority of the players are young and still idealistic and respectful to the coach. Rich clubs with expensive players tend to feel better than coaches. even jealous and jealous if the manager is more famous. So it's hard in the field. unless Mourinho has the right and full freedom to buy and sell players whoever and at any time. like Guardiola at City.

    Ugly football that leads to prices, that is supposed to be Mourinho. This EL campaign could save him but now it did not. Spurs wants to be a topclub? Well then this is simply unacceptable.
    Yes Zagreb deserve all praise. But Spurs should never lose a game like this. And he is responsible. It is simple.
    Winning the EL with United saved him back in 2017, when he had a 300 million pound squad parking the bus for 90min against the teenagers of Ajax..
    I find Jose a very entertaining pundit, but how clubsupporters still want him as their manager is mindblowing

      @jankleijn6438 3 년 전

      @@mardenhill From a Zagreb perspective there is no drama. Zagreb did an amazing job.
      From a Spurs perspective there should however be a lot of drama. Spurs has grown in to being a top 5 team in the richest competition in the world.
      Now in football a lot can happen and no European League contender should be underestimated, but Spurs can't look for excuses when being outplayed by a Croatian side.
      Also, this does not come out of the blue. Spurs plays a terrible brand of football almost all season long. Doing this with worldclass players on board. The lack of leadership however has been an issue from the moment Vertonghen left and its bizarre how the people in charge at Spurs failed to respond.
      Zagreb deserves all praise for punishing a mismanaged and mentally unproffessional side. The hattrick was asbsolute class by an individual performance.
      Anyone can beat anyone but Zagreb 'may' beat Spurs and Spurs 'must' beat Zagreb.
      I btw am not a Spurs supporter, but do watch them play often. There is no football they can fall back to when in trouble because they are not working on any good positional play all season long. They just lean on Son and Kane.
      Zagreb I watched twice vs Feyenoord and also vs Rangers. They are solid, but that should not be enough vs a Premier League top5 side that has all stakes left in the Euroleague. My comment however was pointed at the Mourinho fans. That was what my piece of drama was about.

    Arsenal fan - I am actually stunned and cannot believe they threw away that tie. It just baffles me that they disrespected the opponent (Dinamo) and didn’t get the job done like I fully expected them to. I genuinely cannot comprehend how they lost 3-0 to such a shit team. Those spurs players should be incarcerated for life after an L like that. There’s no recovering from an L like that. That club needs a major squad overhaul. Not even Mourinho (who wins trophies everywhere he goes can win one for Spurs). The reason I am baffled is because as an Arsenal fan I recall moments like this, throwing leads away in the most scandalous manner when it should have never happened. So I understand how the Spurs fans must feel. But hey long may it continue! 😂
