you know what actually hurts is feeling like taeil actually wasn’t joking about being on the verge of tears. he’s the oldest member of the entire 23 and he’s watched all of them grow and he is probably cherishing every moment he has with them before going of into the military (which is still a couple years away don’t freak out). it really just makes my heart happy seeing music video like this. sm we want more of these videos of the members just relaxing and having fun together.

It's crazy how humble Taeil is. Watching him get shy when the other members praise his vocals makes me soft. You can really tell he takes his craft seriously and he is a perfectionist when it comes to giving nctzens music. He is such an amazing vocalist and I hope that we can hear more of his beautiful voice in the future. This release is truly a gift and it gives me strength💖 We love you NCT!

Taeil is not the most expressive member when it comes to his thoughts and feelings but he looks so emotional here despite the occasional smile and laughter. 5:37 his voice became so small, barely audible, 5:47 he asked if he did a good job which Yuta repeatedly whispered and assured him that he did and gave him a high five while the others said that he was really cool 😭, 5:51 his fingers even seem to fidget and twitch a lil bit after they all praised him and his eyes just wavering all over the place. Came here mainly for a different member but ended tearing up because of Taeil. Not all singers can convey emotion, but he did it so beautifully in this song. I'm not even talking about the music video or how he was all fidgety (probably because of nervouness) in this MV reaction but purely his vocals. He is the main vocal because his tone is warm but bright (a tenor through and through), his voice is agile, his technique is amazing, and he brings the lyrics to life. When a singer brings you emotions, that's when you know a singer and the song are one. He's THAT kind of singer. I love it.

I'm so touched by how seriously Taeil takes his work... I used to think Taeil was just bored in other MV reactions (cause he never had screentime lol) but even in From Home with so much screentime hes always rewatching his own scenes in the most serious manner.
