I gave up diary and in one month my skin was clear for the first time in years. I'm vegan now and I haven't had acne since!! I don't wear foundation and it's the BEST feeling ever.

Love your skin care routine!! Do you ever get acne scar? If you do how do you deal with it? You have flawless skin. So jealous.
Alyssa Lee use tea tree oil!!! 9 parts water and 1 part tea tree oil! Make sure to do a test first on your a small part of your skin to make sure you don't get a allergic reaction or something. Then get a Q-tip and dip it in on all your acne spots and scars and even under the skin bumps and I SWEAR THAT SHIT WILL GO AWAY!!! I nair my face and it gave me scars and about 1 week after using the tea tree oil it diminished incredibly!

i don't think she's answering anytime soon. instead of using the nair face cream i just got flawless (reusable hair removal tool) it was 20$ but so worth it bc it worked and i won't have to repurchase

Apricot scrub is actually really not that good for your skin! Dermatologists don't recommend it because it actually tears your pores microscopically. They have a much gentler scrub. I believe it's green tea scrub.
Also use your ring finger to GENTLY apply eye cream. Rub the excess around your lips. Helps prevent wrinkles there as well.
the green tea one is the best it's my fav!
@lovewins physical exfoliants such as scrubs are known to weaken the skin barrier therefore they are not that good for you. It's the reason that skin care experts recommend chemical exfoliation nowadays.
For the people who can't afford/get all the products mentioned.. it's 90% about your diet so you can get clear skin without all these products. It's also usually better to not use so many products (depending on the persons skin)

I love the smell of the apricot St Ives scrub but it always causes me to break out! I did some research and apparently the beads in there are too large and harsh on my skin and that's what leads to my acne I literally break out minutes after using it, which sucks because it's pretty affordable and smells great
Certain products aren't for everyone thats why its important to patch test especially if you have sensitive skin!

a really good exfoliater from st ives is the pink lemon & mandarin orange scrub and it smells great

I bought the facial nair because it seemed so promising but lemme tell you, no no no!!! I tested it on my arm to make sure I wouldn't have a bad reaction, and nothing happened. I applied to all over my face and it immediately started to burn. I took it off and I was bright red and super shiny. A few hours later, my skin was blistering and scabbing and it was sooo tight. Come 2 days later, my skin hasn't improved, so I went to the doctor and they said I severely chemically burned my face with the nair. Please be careful what you recommend and viewers, please be careful what you try.
I was very specific about testing on your neck and only leaving on for a short time. I hope your face improves!

your skin can get balanced over years, i’ve had very bad acne for 2 years, and now, my skin only has like 5 small pimples, unlike before i had more than 10 big gross ones
please please pleaaaasse stop using that st ives scrub! it's been proven to have negative long term effects on ur skin (google it please) i do recommend you look into chemical exfoliants but if u really love those types of scrubs i recommend the fresh sugar face polish! you can use it as a scrub and mask. there are so many better options for ur skin than st ives. just wanting to look out for your beautiful skin!!!❤️❤️
I've tried various exfoliants and this one has given good results to me, Maybe not for everyone but I've been using it for 10 years and has been effective.
Chantel Jeffries babe i know! for now it doesn't seem like a big deal because u have young skin but there have been arguments on the apricot walnut scrub to have serious long term effects (as in like 20-30 years down the line) which is why i recommended a less harsh scrub for you. there are many other options which is what i'm saying. just trying to look out for you!❤️

I've tried micro needling which does help regenerate the skin to reduce acne scarring and marks (I got this to help after my acne cleared up a bit) but its painful and the down time is about a week or so
