I am LIVINGGG for the "right where you left me" recognition it's literally my favourite Taylor song eveeer it just hits so deep!! What's interesting is that to me the lyric "if you ever think you've got it wrong" feels like a direct address to her listeners like if you ever feel like you're messing something up in your life just look at where i'm at. To me this lyric is her kind of telling us how "pathetic" of her it is to be stuck at this one moment, in this one relationship that ended a long time ago. I feel like it also ties up to this feeling of like seeing that the other person actually got to build up a life for themselves (wife, kids) while she's still stuck in the past. It's almost like she's ashamed? It gives me the same feeling as when u see so many people around you succeed but you just can't seem to find the same success? if that makes sense

Off the top of my head, I would say that the I Knew You Were Trouble prechorus is amazing, especially the second one where the instrumental + background vocals pick up with the high note, I just love the guitar in the background

AND HOW DARE YOU MAKE ME ADORE THE CONEY ISLAND PRE-CHORUSES EVEN MORE. Because of you it went a few spots up in my ranking.
