I personally always assumed "Chris Fix" was like a nickname or stage name. But I work for a bank and someone with the name Christopher Fix just got a mortgage on a house in Minnesota! Don't worry I'm not going to DOX anyone, and I don't even know if that's you but the name just popped out at me when I saw it and I thought I'd mention it. Congrats on 1 million!

I just wanted to suggest you a great topic that will be actual for a lot of old car owners (for me for sure) - how to eliminate squeaky interior plastic elements.

Exactly! I can share straight away two things. Squeaky noises may be the case because of two things:
1. Plastic is not sitting properly/should be lubricated or should be disassembled and assembled again with special anti-squeaky tape with fabric on one side.
2. Back of your car is playing and body is not firm enough (as I have). In this case you should do some welding and create a rectangular frame which is attached behind the back seats in the trunk. This will create stiffness for the frame and body will not play creating squeaky noises. I need to do that for my car urgently)))
So, basically, this is plastic / metal / both plastic and metal.

My biggest accomplishment: I changed my thermostat. Easy fix, but normally my dad fixed me car while I held the flashlight. Now that he passed away, I am stepping up and using the knowledge he and KRplus have given me.

I love this channel, I have crashed my mustang 4 times but with your channel, my car is still beautiful, I fixed my bent back axels, both tie rods, my chip windshield, brakes, rust repair, blurry headlights, and front hub replaced, thankful for this channel, this channel kept my car alive. My biggest accomplishment in 2016 was going from barely knowing how to do an oil change to be able to do big things like head gaskets, suspension jobs, brake jobs, and how to diagnose things and repair things from start to finish, and I have your videos and my dad to thank for that!

my biggest accomplishment was buying my first car, it doesn't seem like much but for the past 3 years I've just been daydreaming on Craigslist about all the cars I could buy and in may this year I got a 1990 Fox body mustang GT with a 5.0 and a 5-speed, and I've had a blast driving it

my biggest accomplishment was recovering from depression. my world was going downhill, my boss basically said im going to get fired. I found refuge and sanctuary working on my car. honestly if you are going through something find something that you enjoy so you can put your heart and soul into it. anyway, My boss got demoted and I ended up with a new Boss who is absolutely amazing, I got an award 2 mobth ago, I don't argue with my family anymore, I get stressed out way less, And I've become who I know I really am. that was my biggest accomplishment and I really hope if anyone is going through anything out there, i hope you read this and know that you can change it all. :)

I got my first car in february, Dodge Avenger 2010 sxt. So far i've done my first spark plugs change, oil change and i swaped out my brake pads. Watching and listening to you gave me more confidence than i could ever imagine. You're an influence like no other, i'll support you all the way.

I've already super cleaned my car and windshield, detailed the interior, restored my exterior trim, defogged my windows, and changed my car's oil all after watching ChrisFix's videos, and they all came out awesome!!!! My engine bay still needs a super cleaning, and my brake pads and calipers need to be looked at. But thanks to Chris, there are videos for those as well. I have learned so much watching these videos, and still have so much stuff left that I want to do with my car!!! Thanks for showing us the way Chris!!!

I stumbled across your video's abnout a month and a half ago. I was looking at detailing vids and watched your superclean video. I think i have watched about 3 quarters of you library now. Your video's have inspired me to not only do more myself. But also to take better care of the exterior and interior. Keep up the fantastic work almost at 5 million.

ChrisFix I follow your instagram page and it's makes me feel special because I can get a sneak peak before the other 90% of your subscribers. And just watching your vids can help prepare me for when my friend's parents car has something wrong and I know how to fix it because of your vids and the Driftstang Series really makes me want to get into drifting, even though I don't have a track within 50 miles of me and the closest for me is the club you drift at. For when I do start drifting (which may be a couple years) I could meet you in person and maybe do a tandem in (hopefully) my driftstang. Suboptimus Lime Ford Crown Victorias weren't built to be extreme supercars, they were built to be reliable. When you see police chaces online or in real life are all of the criminals driving McLarens Ferraris and Lamborghinis? No, no they aren't. 99% of police chaces are include cars that are slower than the Crown Victoria. Also where is "Crown Vics are slow" coming from? I'm not saying that they're supercars or anything however they are not slow, in most cases they are faster than the vehicle they are pursuing.

"The Crown Vic's wheezy V8, which by the way is mated to a pathetic 4-speed automatic, makes 250 horsepower in a vehicle that weighs over 4,200 pounds empty."
It sounds like you actually want your local police force to be made up of various different supercars. Also I speak from experience when I say that they are NOT slow because I OWN one. Once again I'm not saying that they are super fast but they are definitely NOT slow.
